I purchased a hybrid Prius at this dealer and I get regular oil change service there as well. Every time they try to upsell their services, and this last time service representative Phil Thai said it’s regular oil change service there as well. Every time they try to upsell their services, and this last time service representative Phil Thai said it’s recommended that my vehicle gets transmission oil change, “hybrid Prius” does not have a transmission, he also said my front tires are completely bold and they should be replaced right away, also not-true, on top of all that crooked business, they damaged the inside of my vehicle, the phone holder was moved and place back in the wrong way, when they closed the door they damaged ripped the dashboard and the door interior. More

Great place and staff. Brought my laptop and kept myself busy as I didn't make an appointment for my 5K service (Oil Change and Tire Rotation) on a Saturday—mind you (website app is glitchy and I tried sinc busy as I didn't make an appointment for my 5K service (Oil Change and Tire Rotation) on a Saturday—mind you (website app is glitchy and I tried since Wednesday without success). I told the greeter how happy I was that this dealer still gave car washes with service—as Puente Hills and West Covina no longer does (West Covina still owes me one from my August service)!!! Michael called my cell (even though I was in the lounge) to let me know my car was ready (and how quick it was done as he thought it’d be longer) and told me to go to the cashier. The cashiers were busy with a customer that was charged for a part that needed to be ordered—but he was off to San Francisco so he couldn't wait for the shipment). After waiting a few minutes the cashier asked him if he could would let her help me and he agreed (IDK why as the second cashier didn't look busy). I paid and even chit-chatted having a friendly conversation. I asked her if they washed my car and she said if I told service to wash it then it was done. So I go to find my car and it was behind the greeting area wall with both front windows down (open) and my key fob in the cupholder. I looked at it and couldn't tell if it was washed (as it was so dirty when I brought it and sometimes touchless car washes leave the dirt intact). After I opened my doors and hatch I didn't see any water drops and I knew it wasn't washed. I found Michael right away and he got right on it calling a porter. I had already packed up my computer and such—but I knew how fast their drive-through car wash with spotless rinse is. I did go back to the cashier and told her that my car wasn't washed! She stated she has nothing to do with what service does! I asked her than why when I asked her if they washed my car, she said if I told service to wash it—then it was done? More
The Saturday Service dept was excellent! Phi or Phil was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! I had a negative experience at another Toyota location.
