I have always had a nice experience here. This time, I deducted a star due to over 2 hours wait, which was a first. When I went to Mike Service Manager to check on delay; he was out helping w This time, I deducted a star due to over 2 hours wait, which was a first. When I went to Mike Service Manager to check on delay; he was out helping with a client. This took at least 15 minutes while my completed ticket was sitting at his desk. I am not complaining about him helping someone, but it would of been nice if someone else could have helped me. Just a courtesy recommendation,When I sat in my vehicle the seat had been moved to the lowest height and at my age it was a jolt to my body to fall into the seat, it should be returned to my seat position. Additionally, return to the customer’s radio station too! Thank you. More

Everything went exactly as expected. I was told it would take 2 hours, and it did. They also “washed” my car. It’s just water, no soap, but it still made my car look clean.
