I came in for oil and oil filter replacement. Genaro met me took care of my car and was out in less time than expected. When I got to the cashier,I realized that I had forgotten mycoupon. The cashier called Genaro and he honor the coupon. What service!!. I purchased my 2nd Toyota Corolla at Toyota of Glendora in 2002 after having had my 1st Toyota Corolla for 23 years (350,000 miles). This dealership has treated me like family. I owned my 2nd Toyota for 16 years and would still have it, but it was totaled in an accident - not my fault. So I purchased my 3rd Toyota Corolla SE and still have it. Genaro Milan has been my service associate since 2002. The customer service and the service on my cars has been outstanding!! I love my Corollas and I love Toyota of Glendora!! Thank you. More
Got my 30,000 mile service done. I was a little disappointed that the dealership did not have my tires available. I understood, considering the fact that a lot of dealerships nationw I was a little disappointed that the dealership did not have my tires available. I understood, considering the fact that a lot of dealerships nationwide, have shortages in parts and tires. I'll try again on Monday to get my tires replaced. More
