I know that I had the service on a holiday, but I had a &15 appointment. I arrived on time and was checked in by 7:26. I asked the Service Rep. how long would it be since I was waiting. He said an hour &15 appointment. I arrived on time and was checked in by 7:26. I asked the Service Rep. how long would it be since I was waiting. He said an hour and a half, maximum 2 hours. I got my car back at 10:28. 3 hours for an oil change is too long in my opinion especially when I had an appointment. I hope that because my vehicle has a lifetime free oil change that it takes longer. More
Excellent service and staff. Miguel was amazing throughout. Great communication and great attitude. Workmanship was on point and they got my car back in a reasonable time frame. We came in for something we thought was simple and something a Toyota dealership should have been able to preform easily, programming a key fob and cutting a tailgate key. The newly cut key wasn't tes something a Toyota dealership should have been able to preform easily, programming a key fob and cutting a tailgate key. The newly cut key wasn't tested and had to be returned. We find out that they need a new cutting device to make the key work properly. Why wasn’t it tested prior to me ever leaving the dealership? This bill was $470.00! We now wait a week for their machine to be fixed and our tailgate key to be properly cut! This is not great service. Our family has purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the distant past and the level of customer service gas seriously declined over the years. More
