Bought a used Tacoma Feb, 2020. Like the truck. This is the WORST Toyota dealership I have ever dealt with. They didn't give me two keys. Yep, said they only had one and I would have to buy the other one. the WORST Toyota dealership I have ever dealt with. They didn't give me two keys. Yep, said they only had one and I would have to buy the other one. Really? They can't even give a customer TWO keys? Of course they didn't tell me that until AFTER I signed all the paperwork and ready to drive away. A new key, around $200. When I asked the sales manager, Jorge, he just gave me the "I don't care" smirk and shrug. He said his key guy could make it when he comes in the following week, but no one ever called me back about it. They also only put just two new tires on when it needed four. I will NEVER recommend them. More

Damn Toyota. They brag about their quality service and number of check points they go through when you bring your car to them for service. And that was my belief and trust in them for many years. We brought our Rav4 and Highlander yesterday for scheduled maintenance service and they say all fluids are topped up during the service and car is thoroughly checked. Today, when we opebed the hood to take a look at the engine compartment, we were so shocked to see the brake fluid levels of both cars were in the minimum level - NOT TOPPED UP! Damn! We are scheduled to go to yosemite on Friday and what if we did nit check the brake fluid level? We could have ran out of the brake fluid and it might cause an accudent because wecwill be using more braked onnthe mountain. The wiper fluid is not topped up in the highlander and the battery clamp are filled with corrosion. I just wonder also if they really change the engine and transmission oil in their scheduled services in the past. Is this a part of your routine to save on your exoenses? I wonder hiw many accudents happened because of poor maintenance service? More

I went to the TOYOTA service center in Claremont for the next scheduled appt and their records showed that they botched my maintenance schedule and for some weird reason performed work for the wrong mileage schedule doing the 30,000 miles work instead of the 75,000 miles work up. He was very sincere with his desire to help me purchase a vehicle that was a good fit for me. I ended up leaving as I wasn't feeling well and came back the next day. He was with another customer at the time and had a colleague continue the process. Sergio Navarrette helped me with the final selection. Both had taken me on a test drive in different vehicles over the two days. Brendon had started with my information on Friday and Sergio walked me through the purchase paperwork and understanding the operation of the technology of the vehicle. I had not purchased a car in 13 years so I had a pleasant surprise on how things had changed. Both men were very courteous and demonstrated a genuine concern that I was happy with the entire process. Abraham made the DMV process easy to understand and he was very efficient and made sure all the paperwork was accurate. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The employees were all very pleasant from the receptionist to the sales & service personnel. They made what would have normally been a stressful situation a simple step by step process. More
