Excellent Service and Customer Service As always Genaro Milan was ready for me and greeted me with a big smile, when I drove up . As I waited, the waiting room was clean, the chairs were socially distanced and everyone was wearing a mask, so I felt safe. Once my service wa complete, Genaro came and got me, accompanied me to the cashier and told me my car was waiting and ready. When I went to get into my car, Genaro let me know that he had scheduled me an appointment, so that I could have one more free service before my Toyota Care Service ran out. Genaro and the other associates at Toyota have always given me outstanding service over the past 40 years that I have owned my 3 Toyotas. I have always been treated like a very special customer and I always feel welcomed and well taken care of. More
