Lowell in the Fleet Department provides excellent customer service. However, in 2013 we had a bad experience with the Sales Manager. We were ready to purchase a new Avalon with a large down payment. The sales manager would not give us a price without us making a non refundable deposit up front. We visited Toyota of Glendora three times in one weekend and never received a price. We ended up purchasing our Avalon at another dealership. More
