I am always impressed with the service of serviceman Rick. He goes the extra mile. I'm NOT happy with the man who actually did the service on my car. Why? Because after I had all four tires and my alignment done, one, my car radio turned off and took a bit to turn back on after service; and two, two tire sensor lights stopped working, as well. The timing of both issues happening immediately after service were suspicious. I was pleased that my service guy, Rick, was able to have comped all the labor fees, and I only paid for materials (as it should have been considering), but I'm still suspicious after that experience that the technician that worked on my car may not be on the "up and up." They even washed my car. :) This is my third Toyota Corolla. My first LE, I had for over 23 years with 350,000 miles. I bought my second Corolla S at Toyota of Glendora and had it for over 16 years. It would have been longer, but someone hit and totaled my car. So I have had my current Toyota Corolla CE for a little over 2 years and love it.. I appreciate all the help that Sean provided from the initial call to the time we drove off the lot. He was very inviting and made our entire experience much more laid back and fun. When we had an issue trying to process our card for our down payment, he never made us feel uncomfortable and worked with us to make everything run as smoothly as possible. Sean will be our guy if/when we need to purchase another vehicle. The only thing I wasn't 100% satisfied with, was that there was only 1 key given to us for the vehicle :( More
