Michael helped me with the service. He was pleasant and was clear in what was going to be done to the car. It was good to see that great service is provided by more than just one individual. As always, the service was great and people are always friendly. For an oil change, I could go to a place that just changes oil but at Toyota I receive the recommended oil and if there is anything else th friendly. For an oil change, I could go to a place that just changes oil but at Toyota I receive the recommended oil and if there is anything else that needs looking done, I receive a phone call explaining what is needed. In this case, the car needed a new air filter for the A/C and the brake fluid needed to be replaced. I appreciate the extra attention to what is needed and while the car is at your dealership, the items are taken care of for the car and for our safety. More
