I was pleased with the work, but what made it most pleasant was my contact with Joseph Salazar, the service writer. He was warm and friendly and seemed to genuinely care about me, my concerns, and my pleasant was my contact with Joseph Salazar, the service writer. He went out of his way to give me a good experience, opposed to some service writers who seem to have a take it or leave it attitude and make me want to go to Longo. Another great experience dealing with Joe Salazar at Glendora Toyota. I waited while the fuel pump was replaced and my car was ready a bit earlier than promised so that was great. Cut and dry, just how I like it. Dropped off my truck for an oil change. Walked to Chick-fil-a for lunch. Hung out at Guitar Center for a few minutes. Got a text message recommending wiper interesting for an oil change. Walked to Chick-fil-a for lunch. Hung out at Guitar Center for a few minutes.
