We came in for something we thought was simple and something a Toyota dealership should have been able to preform easily, programming a key fob and cutting a tailgate key. The newly cut key wasn't tested and had to be returned. We find out that they need a new cutting device to make the key work properly. Why wasn’t it tested prior to me ever leaving the dealership? This bill was $470.00! We now wait a week for their machine to be fixed and our tailgate key to be properly cut! This is not great service. Our family has purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the distant past and the level of customer service gas seriously declined over the years. More

This review is in regards to my visit on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025. I got there at 9 AM on time for my appointment regarding my service report: 112742A from 12/31/2024. My vehicle was ready by 2:09 January 2nd, 2025. I got there at 9 AM on time for my appointment regarding my service report: 112742A from 12/31/2024. My vehicle was ready by 2:09 PM based on the time from my invoice no. 112907A but my name was never called! I am a very patient person, so I kept waiting, and waiting, and waiting... It was not until almost 10 minutes before 5 PM which is your closing time when someone ask me if I was waiting for my vehicle, that is when I found out it was ready and I paid my bill, meaning I was there for 3 more hours unnecessarily. I literally saw employees starting their day at work and I saw them going home! When I got home exhausted from the long 8 hour waiting time, I realized the service advisor LEFT ME A MESSAGE on my home phone to let me know my vehicle was ready. I think he thought or he assumed he was calling my cell phone, I don't have a cell phone, he called my regular telephone landline! I honestly don't recall telling him I was going to be waiting inside; still, I am frustrated by the experience. Normally, I am always asked if I'll be waiting in the lobby, if my phone on record is a mobile, etc... I was not asked any of that. Maybe some necessary training is in order, especially if the employee is still new. This is my first bad experience with your service department, my plans for the rest of that day were ruined, and I don't want it to happen to other guests. Everything else is fine, they did the needed work to keep me safe on the streets, for that I thank you very much. Thank you for your kind attention. More
