They deserve negative star. I will I will never recommend anybody to go to this dealer. They don't answer any questions after the moment that they hand you the car key. The sale team gave me the deal without the add-on charge, but the finance team charged me extra. One the day that I signe contact, no one tell me about the extra change or guide me to the contract. They just have me confirm the personal information and sign. I found out the extra charge when I request them to send me the purchase contract by email. I gave my trust to them because I thought they will make the purchase process more easy and save my time. I learned my lesson, really regret for choosing this deal. I called and wrote email in the past two weeks, let them know that I can provide the proof of agreement with the sales team. So far, no one willing to take care it, very unprofessional. More

The service rep was excellent and based on past experiences, I assume the maintenance work was done correctly and with skill.
