She encouraged me to get the most out of my test drive and worked with us to get the best price and financing options available. I also specifically appreciated this dealership for: - their convenient location - relatively good stock! (especially for their location) - fast online sales support team who made initial contact with me and provided specs and price breakdowns on specific cars along the way - not even trying to charge ridiculous and ambiguous fees in the transaction - assuming we did NOT want any extra expenses or bells and whistles in the contract and vehicle...it was a nice experience not to feel like we had to white knuckle our way to get them to take off unnecessary items or expenses - giving an additional complimentary year (so 3 total) of covered maintenance at the dealership - I didn't use this function, but I was told they will match a CarMax offer on a trade-in, which is also very nice and honest feeling! Next time if I have a trade-in, I will definitely use this service - so much smoother than my multiple trips to and from CarMax. In all, as someone who was raised to mistrust dealerships, I was SO happy with my experience at Toyota of Glendale and especially with Marie. Reach out to her! You won't be disappointed. More
