I didn't used to think that a dealership had anything better to offer than any other mechanic for fixing a car. But recently when I had a major problem with my Toyota I had it worked on at the Gladstone better to offer than any other mechanic for fixing a car. But recently when I had a major problem with my Toyota I had it worked on at the Gladstone Toyota dealership. Jenny explained about the mechanics having special training specific to Toyotas and only using Toyota parts not generics. Jenny is so knowledgabe and I will only be bringing my car to her in the future. Thanks. More

Car issues is one of my least favorite things to deal with. Working with Jenny, I know she will always give me a straight answer. She is very knowledgable in her job. I was able to call and get an appointment the same day! That was better than expected. Then i was greeted upon my arrival. I brought my truck in for service and to look some noise in the front end. The problem was not found, so I took it back to have it checked again. I have been a toyota owner since i got my licence it is all i will ever buy. I bought a car knowing it had issues. i then brought it to your dealership/shop to determine the extent of the issues. They were not only very proffesional but jenny expained everything in great detail that needed to be fixed. She than told me what needed to be done before i should start driving it after having the work done i was very pleased and suprised at the cost for it was less than i had expected. Because of the work of the mechanics and the way jenny carried her self in helping me i have decided that if i was to every but a car new i would come to your dealership. More
I have followed Jenny for the last 25 years. I go where she is. I have always recieved GOOD PROMPT servace from her. I know up front how much it will cost. She has often let me know when I come in for an oil change what the next trip will be. Example next time you should get this or that done and how much it will cost. I have found her to be honest in all her dealings with me. I also choose to wait for my car she has kept me inforned on the progression of my work that is important to me. When my nephew served in Iraq he left me incharge of his Toyota. He knew I would take care of it like my own which ment Jenny would be getting the mantince done on it to. My car is more than a car. The last car I had was a Toyota I had it for 21 years and close to 3000,000 miles on it I cryed when I left it to take my new car home.
