I moved back to the area (Silverton) 2 years ago, and I have come to Gladstonne Toyota for regular oil changes and some additional repair/maintenance. Tyson Nottingham and Josh Terhaar, Blue and Red Servi have come to Gladstonne Toyota for regular oil changes and some additional repair/maintenance. Tyson Nottingham and Josh Terhaar, Blue and Red Service Team Leads, have been AMAZING in their customer service, friendliness, and charging reasonably for diagnosis and repairs done. I appreciate all they have done and could not imagine taking my Camry to anyone else. Their approach and service makes driving the distance for that treatment TOTALLY worth it. I can't believe it! You don't see THIS kind of Customer Service these days. Jenny spends time with me so I can understand keeping up the periodic maintenance on my Prius actually saves me money. One of the reasons I have recommended Jenny in Service at Toyota of Gladsone several times is because she makes it EASY to fit maintenance for my aging car in my busy schedule. I purchased my Honda Element from this dealership, and later I found it had a cracked engine block. My extended warranty did not cover this repair, so the dealership decided to replace the engine with a later I found it had a cracked engine block. My extended warranty did not cover this repair, so the dealership decided to replace the engine with another used one. The engine they replaced it needed a new part, so they ordered it and didn't charge me a dime for any the repairs. They paid for my rental car too. Jenny was helpful from beginning to end. She kept me informed and was so nice to work with. Jenny made my experience excellent from beginning to end. She works with the purple team and I recommend her and the dealership to everyone now. They will took good care of me and will do the same for you! More
Peggy has been my service manager for many years. She is very professional, curtious, helpful and is one of my main reasons for getting all three of my toyotas serviced at this dealership. I have had another good experience at Toyota of Gladstone. The service is always friendly and they go out of the way to take care of me.
