Getting my Toyota Serviced I have always had Jenny care for our cars as she has been honest with us as to what really needed to be done. I feel I can call her with any questions I have even if it is just a squeak in the car. I have always received excellent customer service from her. Toyota of Gladstone Dealership I have purchased THREE brand new cars from this outstanding Toyota-Scion Dealership. I have had my service work done at this Dealership for several I have purchased THREE brand new cars from this outstanding Toyota-Scion Dealership. I have had my service work done at this Dealership for several years. Everything is super top quality. I was born in nearby Portland, Oregon, and have lived in this area of Oregon my entire life. I am a graduate of Portland State University - the largest University in the fine State of Oregon. I would highly recommend (and have done so very often already) this Dealership to anyone. I bought the car at Gladstone Toyota and have been with Jenny as my service center representative ever since. She has ALWAYS been friendly and the service has always been quick and thorough. I would vote Jenny as my service center representative ever since. She has ALWAYS been friendly and the service has always been quick and thorough. I would vote Jenny as employee of the year if I could. There are other Toyota dealers closer to me than Gladstone and I have been to them once. Their customer service is awful so I will continue going the extra distance to have my car serviced at Gladstone Toyota and to have Jenny as my representative. More

Love the service department. Jenny is especially helpful and kind. She has gotten to know me and my cars, and will remember me each time I come in.
