Outstanding Customer Service.Enjoyable purchasing experience Kenny Khzam helped us find the perfect car. This January, my husband took our older 4-Runner in for service and ran into Khzam. Although we were not in the market for a newer car, Khzam told him they had just received a car that met my model preference, had every feature I wanted, was only a year old, had low mileage and a very good price. He suggested that I might like to test drive it while our car was being serviced. We purchased the car by the end of day. Khzam is knowledgable and a true customer advocate. He has followed up to ensure the car is working well for us and to answer any questions. We had excellent service and advocacy from every professional we worked with. Thanks also to John Hill in sales and Vic Meese in finance. We highly recommend Gladstone Toyota and have shared our enthusiasm with friends, family and neighbors. More

after the dust cleared Went to Gladstone for the 30,000 mile maintenance on my 20013 Tundra and was shown how easy it would be to upgrade from a 2013 to a 2016. My problem that I ran into was it cost me a lot more to swap vehicles. I was told that the canopy top on the 2013 would fit and the service department would install the top. After they installed it, they pointed out a 1 inch gap between the rear cab and the canopy after I signed for the new truck. I took the canopy back to where I purchased it and they were previously aware the 2016 rear bed was an inch longer then the 2013 and in order to properly correct this gap I need to replace the canopy with the correct size. So I had to order a new top and be out $1500.00. I took the word of the salesman and his manager that the canopy would fit the new truck, a simple tape measurement could have saved me a big headache. Also, I recently purchased 10 ply tires for my 2013 truck and was told that they can be installed on the new truck; however, I was never given any credit for the tires from the new truck. My buying experience was not pleasant, I was at the dealership from 10:00AM until after 6:00PM. I felt that I was pressured and rushed into this purchase. I was very happy with the 2013 Tundra and after I spend more money, I may develop the same feelings for the 2016. I must say that the finance and service departments were the shining stars of the dealership, if only the sales group would have been more knowledgeable of their product, I might have not bought the 2016 Tundra knowing that the canopy would not fit but I would have a been the same very satisfied customer with my older Tundra. More
I am unsure of repair people I was told things that needed to be done on my wife's car. Things that I looked at had been done. I myself can not deal with someone I have to question honesty. I intend to take my repairs elsewhere and there I will take my purchases with me. More

That included going out and helping install a cargo cover, that was not that difficult, but he wanted to make sure that we knew how it was supposed to go on, and make the process easier. I highly recommend this dealership I've purchased two cars at Toyota of Gladstone so far. Prior to my purchases here, I owned Subarus. When I test drove the Highlander, I fell in love I've purchased two cars at Toyota of Gladstone so far. Prior to my purchases here, I owned Subarus. When I test drove the Highlander, I fell in love (loved my old Camry years ago too!) so it was easy to make the switch! Just this summer, 6 years after my first purchase, I traded in my '02 for an '07 Highlander Hybrid! Love! Better gas mileage and less money and time at the pump makes me a super happy! And it lacks nothing that my '02 had with more power to boot! Honestly, car shopping is not normally my favorite thing to do- imagine that! I find it so much work and sort of stressful too! But not so much at this dealership. It still takes time but I find that the kind men and women here take the stress out of it all! I've never felt pressured nor led astray in any way! My husband used to change my oil and work on my car but since he doesn't really enjoy that stuff (more necessity) I just take it in to Jenny and her team and they take great care of me. I always feel like my concerns are heard and addressed and that I get quality parts and reliable service. Toyota of Gladstone really is that great. Totally worth checking out if you're in the market for a new or 'new to you' vehicle or if you gotta get some service done and wanna know it's gonna be done right! PS They had a great waiting area and coffee shop within but are currently undergoing a significant remodel so waiting area is a tad different for now... but I trust that when the work is complete that the experience will be better than ever before. More

Gladstone Toyota looked over the car and cheerfully replace the year old battery at no cost. Unfortunately that was not the problem. Occasionally (becoming often) when the ignition was turned to off some electronics remained on draining the battery. When I returned to Gladstone Toyota the found the problem, consulted with me and had a new ignition switch in place in short order. Very pleasant service personnel. They also looked up all of the recalls and completed them all. More

Top Notch Service Dept. I came in expecting a huge bill for a major repair. I was pleasantly surprised. After keeping my van overnight, it came back to me with a clean bill I came in expecting a huge bill for a major repair. I was pleasantly surprised. Jenny got me a loaner for the overnight evaluation, kept me up to speed on the progress of my minivan, and had it ready when promised.
