Great service from this team! Austin was my service rep and he remembered talking to me the day before to schedule the appointment. Everything went well. Very fair deal on a used vehicle. I traded in two vehicles for a late model RAV4. The salesperson, and all other people I had to deal with there were extremely helpful and patient. Within an hour I had a deal on the car I wanted. In fact, even the general manager sat down and helped with the process. He was a very nice young man. Toyota 4Runner I am so extremely pleased with Eric, Brian, and Zach for helping me! I drove 2 hours to work with these men and it was worth every mile! Best service department experience ever I have been taking our new 2018 4Runner and Camry Hybrid to the Toyota of Gladstone service department, to the purple team, and specifically Austin Ts I have been taking our new 2018 4Runner and Camry Hybrid to the Toyota of Gladstone service department, to the purple team, and specifically Austin Tsuruta. Austin and the Purple team have been fantastic, and Austin has gone out of his way to work on my concerns. He listens carefully and diligently works towards solutions. As a retired master technician, I understand how difficult it can be working with customers concerns and identifying the issues. He has been patient and capable of navigating the process with someone who has worked in the industry, and has been able to resolve the warranty issues, satisfy my worries and done so in a polite, concise way, and always welcomes me with a smile and a handshake. I have had mediocre service at other Toyota dealerships in the metro area, but have found a new Toyota service department that has earned my confidence and business. Austin and the Purple team are a great example of what a service department is meant to perform like. I will be seeing him for all our vehicles maintenance and repairs. Jon Molenkamp More
