Scheduled service Toyota Gladstone makes it a nice environment so I don't mind waiting while my car is being serviced. I get right in and find a comfortable seat. My only complaint is they would not update the GPS system unless we paid $199.00 - and we are leasing the vehicle!!! Why should we have to pay for this service?
