Service is always good. Questions are answered...if we have issues with warranty coverage, the staff chase's the information down. Case in point, we brought in both of our cars yesterday. Better service reps I am on my 2nd Prius, one an '04 bought new from this dealer, and my current '08 bought used from another dealer. There was a change in ownership at some point in those years and the service got markedly better from the standpoint that I no longer felt I was being scammed into stuff I didn't need. One scam involved being shown a dirty cabin air filter every time I went in for an oil change. As far as I can tell there has been a staffing turnover, and people I had come to recognize as less than forthright have gone. My service experience has been much improved. More
