Service is always good. Questions are answered...if we have issues with warranty coverage, the staff chase's the information down. Case in point, we brought in both of our cars yesterday. We were certain our warranty s covered basic maintenance and were told that that was not so. When we came to pick up our vehicle, the service person had looked deeper and said one of the vehicles was, indeed, covered. We were already resigned to paying up, so this was good news. More

Get quotes on service Was in 12/13 for 15k service on my truck. Was not given a quote for a repair and was shocked at the bill when I came to pick it up. Service manager contacted me when he learned of my dissatisfaction and adjusted a few items around. That prompted the change in this review score. I would get quotes on everything before handing over your vehicle. I believe they will do better next time. More

I've been a service customer of T of G since 2004. There was a change in ownership at some point in those years and the service got markedly better from the standpoint that I no longer felt I was being scammed into stuff I didn't need. One scam involved being shown a dirty cabin air filter every time I went in for an oil change. As far as I can tell there has been a staffing turnover, and people I had come to recognize as less than forthright have gone. My service experience has been much improved. More
