The service department was overall great! They had our vehicle in and out in less than an hour. The only issue I had, was that the gentleman who helped us had an air pod in his ear and he wasn’t very frie vehicle in and out in less than an hour. The only issue I had, was that the gentleman who helped us had an air pod in his ear and he wasn’t very friendly. Not mean or unprofessional just felt like me being there was a burden on him. Service and a new purchase I first became a customer when I purchased a 2016 Tacoma. A year later it was a "total" loss and I bought a 2017 Tacoma. Since I injured my right shou I first became a customer when I purchased a 2016 Tacoma. A year later it was a "total" loss and I bought a 2017 Tacoma. Since I injured my right shoulder in the accident, I begrudgingly got an automatic. Yesterday, it came in for it's last free service. But to my delight, you had a 2020 Tacoma with everything on it, a "real" back seat and a Manual Transmission! Kenny Khzam was my sales person, it was a pleasure to work with him and George added an air of joviality to the transaction. Now, I'm looking forward to seeing my service manager, Jason, for years to come. And I'm sure he will appreciate not hearing me complain about the automatic transmission. Really a shame for Toyota to ruin a great truck with a faulty transmission. More
