I first came in there and bought this jeep turns out it leaked badly I had it for three days when I brought it back in the gm gave me his card and said we will take care of this. I went without my car f leaked badly I had it for three days when I brought it back in the gm gave me his card and said we will take care of this. I went without my car for 10 days came in there distraught after they tried to fix it and failed I brought it back they were still very cool about everything still willing to work it out with no charge to me they gave me a loaner car which is great no charge and worked on it some more after two more weeks they admitted they didn’t have the skill level and could be frame damage they offered to take the car back I was leaving when I saw the Ford explore much newer car two years newer my payments were a little bit more but they really worked with me and got my payments down I got a warranty on it they were really give up I never really gave up I guess on them they were very cool the whole process and everything I appreciate them now I’m driving a nice ride I may suggest check for leakers when you have a panoramic view moonroof always check for leakers but I am overall very pleased with how it turned out little bit a struggle at first but it’s OK now thank you Toyota Gladstone More
Find another place to get your Toyota service. Last time in they didn’t finish or maybe start all the service they said they did. Also I asked them to change the wiper blades. Always had great service from Mike Hill but he was not at work that day. More
