Yes, I got my oil changed on a coupon which apparently doesn't include tire rotations. I have purchased two cars from you since 2018. You know it takes all of maybe 5 minutes of labor to rotate tires and doesn't include tire rotations. I have purchased two cars from you since 2018. Its the little things that give your customers like me an exceptional experience. Your dealership experience is no different than Portland or Beaverton. I have some retractions to make. It was an unfortunate coincidence that I got the coupon a day before the refund check. I got the check after Dave left a message stating they did actually send a check. T coincidence that I got the coupon a day before the refund check. I'm partially to blame, Caveat Emptor. I will state they are very affable and true to their word in damage control. The whole event could have been cut short it they would have not recommended needless service. It is the job of a service writer to "add on and sell up". I must apologize, in writing, for sending a "torpedo" without talking to Mr. Ruppert. I blew up and thought I'd been lied to when I got the coupon and thought that was their resolution. I was wrong. The problem appears to be resolved but the root of the problem is still there. I hope they redouble their efforts to make sure they're more "spot on" in their service issues. I don't envy the situation Dave Ruppert has to deal with. He must meet the expectations of the dealership while not alienating customers at the same time. More
