After searching the entire west-coast inventory, Gladstone Toyota was able to locate the exact truck i was looking for.(configuration/color wise). Upon my arrival from L.A( California) i was greeted Gladstone Toyota was able to locate the exact truck i was looking for.(configuration/color wise). Upon my arrival from L.A( California) i was greeted and welcomed to their dealership and my truck was on a display, washed, detailed and ready for a long drive home. Paperwork and all that was handled swiftly and efficiently and all that because of my dedicated sales man Eric who guided me from my first phone conversation till drive off. Professional, straight-forward, no BS, no sales pitch... just a pure honest business conduct which is a rare phenomena in California. Rudy in finances was very helpful as well, showing me some options for extended coverage, and narrowing it down to most logical and practical coverage.
