My new car from Gladstone Toyota is wonderful. My family and I enjoyed the excellent service the dealership provided and the time they took to explain the many new features the vehicle offers. The work that is done is done correctly, but it’s not always done in a timely manner. It took over 5 hours for them to perform a routine oil change and replace a small window seal. The appointment was always done in a timely manner. It took over 5 hours for them to perform a routine oil change and replace a small window seal. The appointment was made well over a week in advance. I never received a phone call from them saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. After not hearing from them, I called before they were going to close to inquire about my vehicle. I was told someone called, got voice mail and wasn’t able to leave a message because voice mail wasn’t set up. They obviously called the wrong number because my voicemail is set up, I had no missed call and it’s the same number they have called me on during prior visits. I expected someone would have tried to call a second time a figured that out. Also, the parking is awful. My wife had to park out on the street because there was no where to safely park to wait for me. Overall, I will go back because I want my Toyota to be serviced by a Toyota dealer, but there are things that should be improved. More
Friendly and quickly taken care of in service for 5000 mile check-up. Downside was when I called to set appointment I asked for some residue left behind from protective plastic for transport be removed an mile check-up. Had a shutter grill issue. They quoted me 1200 to repair this minor issue. They told me if it wasn’t done the warning light would stay on. I denied the service. But when I got there they miraculously found this minor issue. They told me if it wasn’t done the warning light would stay on. I denied the service. But when I got there they miraculously found a way to get the warning light to go off. They also told me we needed new front tires when we didn’t. Will never do business at this dealer again! More
