Overall i had a BAD experience buying my dream car from your dealership. Reasons 1. Lack of tax knowledge by sales person(Eric lonergan) and lack of interest of sales person to connect me to a person your dealership. Reasons 1. Anything we ask about price or tax, his ready made answer was "I don't know" 2. Disrespectful and Uncaring when i asked time(30 min) to contact state revenue department to enquire about tax implication. 3. Unwilling to disclose dealer markup on a receipt, making it a ghost item on my receipt. 4. Very important! - No proper vehicle inspection from dealership. Vehicle had just 6 miles on it(good for me but). I drove from your showroom to all the way back to my home(Seattle). It was my first drive of the car and i found 3 problems a) Rattling noise from steering column on rough roads b) Rear middle seat belt warning sound(loud) even when no one is sitting on rear seat. c) Blind spot monitoring on the driver side mirror is malfunctioning. It gets on as the vehicle approaches blind spot but stay on indefinitely until i make a lane change! 5. No follow up calls to ask for problem. When I contacted Eric all he had for me was "Please contact your local dealership". I don't know why there is problem. More

My experiences with purchasing my Tacoma (new in 2017) and having it serviced have always been great. I have had no complaints. The car is beautiful but the dealership needs to learn how to fax documents. Its fast and easy. My signature collector arrived at 9pm w/ 20 doc. The staff provides great service, Everyone was very knowledgeable, and patient with even the basic questions and requests. The moment you walk in to the dealership you feel welcome without any high pr knowledgeable, and patient with even the basic questions and requests. Set up an AM appointment, arrived 30 minutes early and had to wait 4 hours to get my vehicle. I have an insurance monitor that lets me know when the vehicle is turned on and moved. My vehicle was moved at had to wait 4 hours to get my vehicle. I have an insurance monitor that lets me know when the vehicle is turned on and moved. My vehicle was moved at time of appointment, but it wasn't turned on again for two hours. I didn't feel like a priority. Additionally, the wrong color bumper appliqué was applied. It still looks good, so I will let it go. I also forgot that I had a 15 percent off coupon at home. I sent an email to the service advisor asking if I could use it retroactively and never heard back. Update: Spoke with the Service Manager, Dave, who was very friendly and takes customer service seriously, updating the score the overall to 4 stars. It is great to know that if mistakes happen, there are people who take it serious and tries to make it right. Thanks Dave! More
