Mike at the service center was courteous and transparent in trying to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. We were able to get it sorted out in a timely manner. service was not done on time as promised. Service writer told me battery was tested as bad and local battery shop said it was ok. Charged for new battery not installed, later cost was refunded and given a told me battery was tested as bad and local battery shop said it was ok. Charged for new battery not installed, later cost was refunded and given a new battery free of charge. Was told rear shocks were original and needed replacement, they were not oem but were in need of replacement. Servoce writer was willing to listen to my complaints and made an effort placate my frustration. More
