I called in to say the cover and frame needed replaced on the passenger-side sideview mirror on my Toyota Prius. Sight unseen the service department quoted a cost of $145 for a cover that could be installed the passenger-side sideview mirror on my Toyota Prius. Sight unseen the service department quoted a cost of $145 for a cover that could be installed with my complimentary 5,000-mile service. At the service, I was told the needed frame (a sliver of plastic) would bring the cost up to $385. I thought that was pricey but I agreed the frame needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and I was told to return later that day. I do not live close by. When I returned I was told the entire assembly needed to be replaced for $675. At that point I walked away to seek estimates elsewhere. More

Dom was great to work with. Provided a ride back to my house so I could continue to telework while they provided routine maintenance.
