I took my 2010 Camry in for some additional installations. First, I got great help from Samson in Parts department. Then he transferred me out to Chris who was extremely helpful. During the whole process of installing the extra optional parts for my car, Chris called and kept me update w/the process. I'm very happy with my decision to purchase my new Highlander with Duy. He's very through and careful with all the details on the car as well as my financing, DMV fees and insurance processes. Troy was very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy at all and I really appreciate that. They were willing to negotiate, he answered all my questions, and he even interacted with my kids.
