Advertisement on website stated Call for Price. Called and was told a price. Drove for 1.5 hours and test drove vehicle. Went in to do paper work and was then told price was $5,000 higher than quoted on and was told a price. Drove for 1.5 hours and test drove vehicle. Lost my business and anyone else that would like to learn about their integrity and how they value possible customers. Made call to General Manager on way home to file a complaint and was told was with a customer. GM never called. More

Duy Dang impressed me immensely with his personal integrity, courtesy, product knowledge (Prius), clarity of explanation, patience, focus, and flexibility. Having learned something of his remarkable personal background and his daily courage at work with chronic pain and inspiring determination, his conduct with us in our buying experience was genuinely extraordinary. It was a great privilege to meet and work with him. John Hall should be commended, also, for his firm, courteous, non-pushy focus on our business at hand and his willingness to show flexibility toward arriving at our final agreement. These two gentlemen make a fine team and worked well together which speaks highly of their respective personal accommodations anad, I trust, of the character and discipline of the whole Gladstone organization. We sought out Duy Dang very intentionally from friends who had bought their Prius through Duy, and he exceeded all the expectations we gathered from them. More
The staff at the used car dealership went out of their way to make me happy with my purchase. The 2005 Dodge Magnum we bought was low on fuel and there was a scratch in the bumper which the dealership pr way to make me happy with my purchase. The 2005 Dodge Magnum we bought was low on fuel and there was a scratch in the bumper which the dealership promised to take care of. The gas tank was filled and the bumper was repaired without delay. The dealership even took care of a few other minor things wrong with the car to make us happy. The finance person, Jamshid, even rushed the paperwork for us because we had two small children with us that needed to get to bed as we had been out all day car shopping. The overall experience was excellent and it was the first time we have been treated so well by a dealership. I want to give a special thank you to Ron Roth and Derek Denny, they took care of everything I asked for with a smile and great attitude. The next time I am in the market for a new or used car I will definitely go back to Toyota of Gladstone. More
I purchased a certified pre owned car at Toyota of Gladstone. I was told I had to pay a $249 "etching" fee for security on the car. I told the salesman I didn't want it. I was told all their cars come with it and I didn't have a choice. After I purchased the car, I registered it with Toyota.com and was able to access the complete service history of the car. I saw they charged the original owner for this exact service two years ago, proving I paid $249 for a service that was never performed. I called the dealer to complain and now I have to drive back down there to get a refund check. They should be honest just to start with. Also, be cautious if you are wanting an extended warranty. Mine was $2400, although they sold it to me for $2100 because I "had a previous Toyota loan." After I got home I started checking online and I could get a better warranty for $1055. Seems awfully shady. More
