I had a great experience at this dealership, after having a horrific one at Thomas Auto Sales in Hillsboro two days prior. I found the Truck I wanted from the web and worked ou the numbers with Pat, an aweso a horrific one at Thomas Auto Sales in Hillsboro two days prior. I found the Truck I wanted from the web and worked ou the numbers with Pat, an awesome Sales rep, who put the deal together that I needed to make the drive from Eugene to Portland (2hrs). Upon arrival, they inspected my trade, gave me a fair price on the truck and we put together the deal. This was the absolute opposite of my experience two days prior where we worked it out over the phone, I got onsite and they tried to lowball me on my trade by $5,000. But this isn't a negative review about Thomas Auto Sales, it's a positive one about Gladstone Toyota. Josh the Sales Manager was very friendly and helped Pat work out the details of the deal. He didn't hide behind a door/office, he was in plain sight and gladly spoke to me when I engaged. This was an excellent buying experience and that's hard to find this day in an auto dealership, so Kudos to Gladstone Toyota. I'm also in Sales so I'm pretty hard to please and these guys went above and beyond what was necessary to complete the sale. Go see them, ask for Pat in Sales, he's fantastic. More
Went into the dealership with a good idea of what I was looking for. After all it is a big purchase so I tried to do my homework. Finally asked to talk with some one else who could answer the questions that I had. Got someone much more knowledgeable. To take the car for a test ride the guy needed to take my drivers license inside. I said that I had no problem with that - just do not put any of the information into any kind of data base. I do not like getting my information all over the place even more than it already is and also hate the continual junk mail that those kind of places send out all of the time. He assured me that would not happen - he lied - I have already received a letter from them and am sure that the mail will continue. My question, which was not to difficult for me to answer was if a dealership hires staff with no knowledge, does not train them adequately and does not follow through with even the smallest assurances can you trust them - my answer is no. Wilsonville and Beaverton are much better choices. More
First, I did some research and went to several dealers before buying at Gladstone. I first test drove the truck I bought at Broadway Toyota and liked it but when the salesman's manager came out with the before buying at Gladstone. He tried to tell me that Gladstone would pull me in with a cheap price on the internet, jack it up later and then sell me something I didn't want. Like his sales tactic, he was dead wrong. I got an online quote from Seth that was $4800 less than MSRP ($400 better than any other dealer). Keep in mind this is with available rebates (one I declined to get 0% financing). I came down to test drive it and Seth introduced me to Dan in sales that took care of me. He was knowlegable, didn't push or pressure and listened to what I said. Good job. Then out comes the dreaded manager. Zack is a laid back guy that legitamitely seems to love the trucks he sells (take a look at the truck he drives). He put no more pressure than Dan did. After about 2 hours of test driving two trucks back to back over and over I finally made up my mind (Two hours after they closed). The one I decided on was not on the lot in the color I wanted so Zack ordered it for me. It took 4 days to get it but for my only complaint, I'm happy. Still got me a good deal well under MSRP, took my damaged trade in, and threw in a couple extra options I didn't expect. They also showroom deliver every vehicle so they can't hide anything. Keep in mind that you can negotiate warranty and protection options... More
I was in the market for a second hand 2006 Scion and did plenty of research/price comparisons online. I found what I was interested in at this dealership and called them, and spoke to Trey Kitterath. I gave him the price I was willing to pay and the terms that I wanted for financing. The next day when I arrived at the dealership to look at the car and take it for a test drive, Trey did not disappoint. He was personable and knowledgable. If he couldn't answer a question, he didn't b.s. me and got the info for me. It was an overall excellent experience. I got the price I wanted for the terms I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was professional and friendly, and there was no pressure or `slick' behavior whatsoever. I am thrilled with my car and happy with my experience at Toyota of Gladstone, and when it's time for another auto, I'm going back to Toyota of Gladstone. I highly recommend Trey Kitterath, he's an outstanding salesperson! More

He made us feel comfortable and he came off as more than just a salesman, he came off as a friend. Anybody would be lucky to work with him. He really is good at what he does, he not only sells cars but he creates relationships wig his customers that they'll always remember. We had a great time working with him and everyone else. I went to Gladstone Toyota on Sunday to look at a 2011 Toyota Highlander SE. They didnt have the equipped Highlander that I wanted to purchase on Sunday but I was able to drive the limited and found I li Toyota Highlander SE. They didnt have the equipped Highlander that I wanted to purchase on Sunday but I was able to drive the limited and found I liked the way it handeled but I didnt care for the wood grain. I spoke to Rodell and told him what I was looking for in the Highlander SE White with black leather on Sunday evening after our test drive. He called me to say he had found one and would be willing to get it to his dealership for me to see. I told him that would be great and within 24 hours he had the Highlander on his lot. I came back on Tuesday evening to test drive the Highlander SE that I was interested in knowing the price I wanted to pay for it as well as what I wanted for my trade in and I knew what financing I wanted for my new purchase. I felt a connection with Rodell from the moment I met him at the dealership feeling like he cared about me as a person and wanted to find me the Highlander that would work best for our family. I learned it was his first day on the sales floor at Gladstone Toyota and I must say with his professionalism I knew I wouldnt be buying a Highlander from any other salesman in the Northwest. Rodell had support from Joe Cruz who was also a 10+ salesman which in the past my salesman for new car purchases usually rate a 4 as I dont like dealing with salesman when purchasing new vehicles but you dont really have a option when you are buying it from a dealership. Joe was great supporting Rodell with his first new car sale. I was prepared on what I wanted to pay for the Highlander as well as what I would take for my trade in and the accessories I wanted to have wrapped up in the new car purchase. I must say I am a Happy Owner of a 2011 Toyota Highlander SE from Gladstone Toyota Thank You to Rodell Razor and Joe Cruz. My kids were excited to cut Rodell's tie for his first new car sale as well as riding in our new Highlander off the show room floor. Great Experience and you have a very satisfied customer who will recommend Rodell and Joe to others in the community when making a Toyota purchase... If it wasnt for these two salesman I probably wouldnt be driving a Highlander today from Gladstone Toyota... Thank You More
Seth Dustin was a real Gentleman who treated me, a Senior Citizen, with respect and consideration. Some women would not think of entering a car dealership without a man.
