They tell you what time your vehicle will be ready and if they are even 5 minutes late, THEY DISCOUNT YOUR BILL!!! Tyson also went out of his way to honor a dealer promise that was made in error over a year ago regarding windshield chip repair, and Tyson's team honored it anyway, and made it right! We purchased our new Tacoma as a Costco purchase. We set up an appt with Gladstone and ended up working with Aaron. The process was pretty easy... we told Aaron what we were interested in, he let us test dr up an appt with Gladstone and ended up working with Aaron. It took a few days, but we got just what we wanted. Aaron did a great job of keeping us informed on the status and working all of the final details for us. I was looking on line looking at a used camry from Gladstone Toyota, late one night so I put in my info. in and early the next morning I got a call from thgis really nice guy named Kemick Larson askin Gladstone Toyota, late one night so I put in my info. in and early the next morning I got a call from thgis really nice guy named Kemick Larson asking me some things about my trade in and that I should come on down to check out the camry, but needless to say my credit wasnt is great as i thought it was.Kemick, told me not to worry that he would work on it just give him a few days and as promised I was driving off in a bran new car .I would like to add that I have bought a ton of new and used cars over the years and never gotten treated as good as Kemick Larson treated me. As for a car salesmen I would have to give him a 100 percent he really nailed it ...I am from now on Buying my cars from Gladstone Toyota. Dan Jenkins More

This was by far the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. We communicated with Kemick by email. He quoted a price for a new car and our trade in. When we came to pick up the car, that did not change. Kemick showed us a great deal of patience when we asked to see another car after he had prepared the paperwork for the first car. We decided on the second car that we were sure would meet our needs in a better fashion. Nothing changed with our trade-in value. In fact, it increased! We have been more than satisfied with our new Prius and highly recommend Gladstone Toyota. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. We dealt with other dealers in our search for a new car and I find that the honesty factor goes a very long way. More
