Salesmen are NOT all alike... Started with Kemick and while he was in a class, another salesman took over. The "sub" salesman said we couldn't get what we wanted. I went home and texted Kemick telling him of my negative experience. When he went into the office the next morning, he made it all right again. Fast and Courteous I needed to get my '97 camry in so I called and spoke with Tyson. He was very friendly, timely and professional throughout the entire process. I wanted the car looked over for any glaring issues that could be devastating to my trusty old ride if not taken care of and there was also a strange sound coming from the rear of the car when I went over speed bumps, so I was hoping they could get to the bottom of that. Long story short the car is going strong and needed no major work and the sound was just my spare tire rattling around a bit, because I hadn't secured it properly. They only had my car for a few hours and checked everything I asked and didn't try to tell me my shocks or struts were shot when it was just the spare tire. I really appreciate that kind of honesty and integrity and I will be a lifelong customer here if this is the service I always receive. I also plan on purchasing my next toyota here based on this experience, once this one has had enough of the punishment I dish out... who knows when that will be though, 250K and counting! More

I called Kemick as we were considering visiting our son on the coast and also possibly buying a RAV4 at the time. He was very prompt on his reply with information. They have always done a great job and have on a number of occasions found a minor issue and fixed it since they were already servicing the vehicle, without adding to the cost. More
