Aaron my sales representative, was very professional, informative and mostly patient. It was a long buying process due to the car selection and saving to put a more than 50% down payment on my new car. Being a single female buying a car for the first time, was a positive experience thanks to Aaron. He was respectful and answered all of my questions to provide confidence that I was purchasing a car based on needs and personal interest. Aaron greeted me in the parking lot in a friendly and professional manner. I was worried I might get a "Used Car" mentality car sales person and he wasn't like that at all and the rest is history... purchase new car I was considering a new vehicle and talked with Jenny about it. She suggested I talk to Phil and he could explain my options, AND there would be no pr I was considering a new vehicle and talked with Jenny about it. She suggested I talk to Phil and he could explain my options, AND there would be no pressure. So I figured I would just listen to Phil. He was very informative. He took me on a test drive of the vehicle I was considering. I told him thank you and left. No pressure!! I thought about it for a week or so and decided I would like to purchase the vehicle. So I contacted Phil and he was happy to help, and again no pressure. Over four days he answered my questions and so I bought a new van. Thank you to Jenny for always taking care of my cars and Phil for not pressuring me. I have always had Jenny care for our cars as she has been honest with us as to what really needed to be done. I feel I can call her with any questions I have even if it is just a squeak in the car. More

Toyota of Gladstone Dealership I have purchased THREE brand new cars from this outstanding Toyota-Scion Dealership. I have had my service work done at this Dealership for several I have purchased THREE brand new cars from this outstanding Toyota-Scion Dealership. I have had my service work done at this Dealership for several years. Everything is super top quality. I was born in nearby Portland, Oregon, and have lived in this area of Oregon my entire life. I am a graduate of Portland State University - the largest University in the fine State of Oregon. I would highly recommend (and have done so very often already) this Dealership to anyone. I bought the car at Gladstone Toyota and have been with Jenny as my service center representative ever since. She has ALWAYS been friendly and the service has always been quick and thorough. I would vote Jenny as my service center representative ever since. She has ALWAYS been friendly and the service has always been quick and thorough. I would vote Jenny as employee of the year if I could. There are other Toyota dealers closer to me than Gladstone and I have been to them once. Their customer service is awful so I will continue going the extra distance to have my car serviced at Gladstone Toyota and to have Jenny as my representative. More
