Not only did Gladstone Toyota help me find the perfect vehicle (Toyota Yaris) two years ago when I was first starting out as a professional, they bought it back and hooked me up with a Rav4 now that I've moved up in my career. Wow...just...wow. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Here's a little back story. When I got my Yaris, I was working community based mental health care. So basically, I was taking folks around in my car to make sure they made their appointments and had food so they wouldn't be rehospitalized over and over and over again. That Yaris got the job done and more. I never had any worries. Then one day, after I moved on to a different job doing similar stuff, Gladstone Toyota contacts me and wants my Yaris. I thought to myself, "but I owe so much on it". Apparently this wasn't a factor. I feel like Gladstone Toyota wanted to make sure I had everything I wanted and needed. They must be mind reader, because I've been thinking about a Rav4 for the last 6 months. All in all, I can't wait to see what the coming years brings us, because I'm sold as a life long customer. I was skeptical about going to a dealership because of all the horror stories that I've heard from friends about being tricked and spending way too much on a car that they truly didn't even like that much.
