New car buyer I was very pleased to deal with Mr. Wade Fish while purchasing my new Toyota Prius. Mr. Fish made the whole experience easy. That is the third Pri I was very pleased to deal with Mr. Wade Fish while purchasing my new Toyota Prius. Mr. Fish made the whole experience easy. That is the third Prius I have purchased at Toyota Gladstone. Mr Fish was the best salesman I have had to date. Mr fish went out of his way to make sure I knew how to use the features on my Prius and even came to my home to set up my garage door opener. Mr Fish is an asset to the company and I would be pleased to work with him at any time. The finance person I delt with, however, was a different story. When I refused to buy the special protection packages he was pitching he became rude and sullen. I cannot make out his signature on the sales contract, but if he worked for me he would be fired. He left a sour taste in my mouth and I would never deal with him again. All of the other people on the team were a pleasure to deal with. Deborah Grochol More

She knew the car inside and out, and as a highlander owner herself, coul I was looking at Toyota Highlanders and Kristen was an excellent salesperson. She knew the car inside and out, and as a highlander owner herself, could speak from personal experience. She listened well, provided helpful information and followed up quickly on my questions. She understood my concerns from a woman’s perspective (safety, handling a big rig, visibility, etc.). She presented a strong offer and but respected by resistance to making a rushed decision.
