Best service department experience ever I have been taking our new 2018 4Runner and Camry Hybrid to the Toyota of Gladstone service department, to the purple team, and specifically Austin Ts I have been taking our new 2018 4Runner and Camry Hybrid to the Toyota of Gladstone service department, to the purple team, and specifically Austin Tsuruta. Austin and the Purple team have been fantastic, and Austin has gone out of his way to work on my concerns. He listens carefully and diligently works towards solutions. As a retired master technician, I understand how difficult it can be working with customers concerns and identifying the issues. He has been patient and capable of navigating the process with someone who has worked in the industry, and has been able to resolve the warranty issues, satisfy my worries and done so in a polite, concise way, and always welcomes me with a smile and a handshake. I have had mediocre service at other Toyota dealerships in the metro area, but have found a new Toyota service department that has earned my confidence and business.
