The car that I purchased was certified pre-owned and I am thankful to Eric for the extreme transparency of information that he maintained in the entire process. I was not aware of the Costco deal combination with certified pre-owned cars and they offered me $1k discount on overall deal. The detailing of the car was not to the certified car expectation and so they offered me an additional detailing without any charge.
