I just recently was in contact with the Online Sales rep, Jamie, and probably one of the best interactions with sales that I have had recently. I was able to quickly tell her what my purpose was, what I was looking for, and time frames. She got me the info quickly and that was that. No pressure. No additional questions. She honored the reason for my contact. I give her 6 stars for reading her customer well and when I am ready to seriously shop, she will be contacted. More

Service above and beyond most dealers February 1 my husband and I were shopping for a Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE in jade. We had contacted another dealer and were trying to get the vehi February 1 my husband and I were shopping for a Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE in jade. We had contacted another dealer and were trying to get the vehicle. They told us that Toyota would not finance us because we had no credit but they could get us financing through a bank at 19.95%. At that point we walked out because we could afford to pay cash but were advised to finance for tax purposes. Jamie Wheeler-Semrad had been texting my husband off and on through out the process. She called put her manager on the phone with us. George told us that he COULD get financing through Toyota for us at an 8.95% rate or lower, to please come see them at Gladstone Toyota. We stopped, gave them 15 minutes to show us they could help us. We ended up going home with a 6.99% rate and a new Highlander will be delivered to us. We were extremely pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone. More

Denis and Angel are excellent I went to this dealership twice. The first time wasn’t a good experience. The salesman who served me was just pushing for me to buy the vehicle and pl I went to this dealership twice. The first time wasn’t a good experience. The salesman who served me was just pushing for me to buy the vehicle and play around with the number games. I planned to stay for an hour but ended up staying more than 2 hours. They didn’t give me a lower price or a lower interest rate. The whole time were just playing number games, and I ended up leaving there. That’s why I took out 1 star. However, 2 days later. Dennis texted me about the vehicle that I was interested in. I just feel respected and he didn’t use any hard sale tactics. I Decided to go back to the dealership because of his good manners. I asked tons of questions during the test drive. He answered all of my questions and was very honest at all times. After I got back to the dealership, he ran back and forth just trying to help us out. His manager Angel explained everything in details, honest with what they can offer us. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, they did everything very fast. It was a nice smooth transaction even though it was late at night. I can’t say how much I appreciated their help. More
