Great Dealership That Works With USAA I was recently in search of a Toyota Camry but wanted to find one of the XSE limited editions with 2 tone paint, which was not easy to locate. Being a I was recently in search of a Toyota Camry but wanted to find one of the XSE limited editions with 2 tone paint, which was not easy to locate. Being a USAA member, I searched for the model I wanted and was given the contact info for 3 dealers as well as was notified via email that my contact information was sent to those 3 dealers. Within 12 hours Mr. Chao at Toyota of Gladstone was contacting me offering me assistance in finding a car. The other 2 dealers sent an email and one called about 6 hours later than Mr. Chao. Throughout the process Mr. Chao was very helpful and not pushy. In the end he was able to locate a car in his inventory, beat the price of the competition and relocate it from Tacoma, WA within 24 hours. I was basically searching Friday and completing a purchase by Sunday. I even drove up to Gladstone from Eugene (2 hours away) to work with this dealer. We told both Wade and Jamie that we were looking for an SUV with lower payments as we have kids and needed a larger vehicle to grow with our family. Jamie went through new and used vehicles and we test drove several all the while Jamie answered any question we threw at her. We weren’t able to find a vehicle that we loved within our price range and as we were about to leave, Jamie and her team presented us with the Toyota RAV4 that we ended up purchasing and taking home with us. Jamie gave us tons of options and went over every aspect of each vehicle. I can’t say we would have driven away with a new car without the friendliness and knowledge of Jamie and her team. Another Excellent Experience This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve bought from Toyota of Gladstone and they haven’t disappointed. The first two I had the pleasure of working with Jamie Wheeler-Semra so I emailed her directly. She was off for the day and Seth Dustin replied quickly letting me know, but that they’d take care of me. When I arrived I was greeted and introduced to Emileigh Coen who couldn’t have been more helpful and nice. We took the car for a short drive and came in to do the paperwork. She answered all my questions and the paperwork didn’t take long at all. A few days later I asked her a question regarding parts. She easily could have ignored me or just given me the phone number for the parts department, but instead went and got the answers for me! So many people in sales disappear once the sale is over, but not Emileigh Coen or the others at Toyota of Gladstone. They really follow up with what they say that they’re going to do and follow through. There is probably half a dozen Toyota dealerships in my general area, but Toyota of Gladstone will get my business over the other ones because of sales associates like Emileigh Coen and the hassle free experience you get there. The price on the Internet was the price when I got ther, no haggling or game playing. If you’re like most others that get a knot in their stomach going to buy a vehicle, you won’t get that at Toyota of Gladstone. Highly recommend! More
