I Promptly received a call from Kristin at Gladstone Toyota offering me help in finding my new car. She listened to my needs and did a quick search to find the car I was looking for. All of my dealings with Kristin at Gladstone Toyota were very friendly and professional including the negotiations process of buying a new car. All of my negotiations were done over the phone, and all I had to do was drive to Gladstone to pick up the car and sign the papers. Once we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Kristin and the Signing of the paperwork and meeting with the finance manager was smooth and quick. They even had the car pulled Inside the dealer show room to personally go over all of the awesome features of our new car. I would definitely use this dealership in the future and recommend them to others who might be looking to purchase a Toyota and have a friendly car buying experience. More

Great buying and trading in experience My husband and i had been wanting to sell our car and buy a Toyota Highlander for several months but just hadn't gotten around to selling our car (suc My husband and i had been wanting to sell our car and buy a Toyota Highlander for several months but just hadn't gotten around to selling our car (such a hassle). We saw a Highlander come up on online on a Thursday that was within our budget. We called to see if it was still there Saturday. It was and an appt was made for us with Zach McClure to test drive it. We were still open to other 7 passenger cars so he went on two other test drives with us and my husband and i both drove on each test drive. He was a trooper spending hours with us as we drove each one. Came down to the Ford Explorer and the Highlander but Toyota had done so much great work on the Highlander ($2k worth of work including new tires) that it was worth it for us to go with the little spendier Highlander. Since we werent planning on buying that day, we didnt even bring the car we wanted to sell plus i didnt have my check book. Zach gave us a sight unseen trade in value on the Subaru and after a few back and forths with his manager, we agreed on a price. Then he set it up so one of their techs, Jorge, delivered the Highlander to our house, picked up the check AND picked up our car we traded in. Was the best customer service we have experienced yet! Thanks Toyota and thanks Zach. We love our Highlander! More

Vic was quite the joker but what really stood out with him was his recommendation and examples he gave on getting the warranty. He was right and I left more reassured buying such and older car with over 100,000 miles. Overall my experience was great but I was hoping the price would be a little lower. More
