Above and Beyond! I purchased a Mini Cooper with a trade in from Gladstone Toyota. I feel fortunate to have met Joey Pham and have been the recipient of his salesmansh I purchased a Mini Cooper with a trade in from Gladstone Toyota. I feel fortunate to have met Joey Pham and have been the recipient of his salesmanship. The mini had some initial issues with the mini computer communicating with the Toyota parts they had put in the vehicle. They went above and beyond in taking care of the issue. Joey assured me they stand behind their work. They took the car back twice and then sent it to a mini certified mechanic. The process took over a week in which time they set me up with a rental. They covered all costs. Joey and Ryan (in service) were diligent in making sure I was kept in the loop. I was very impressed with their level of commitment to making sure my experience was a positive one. I would not hesitate to send anyone to Joey Pham for their next car. More
My best auto buying experience ever. I recently bought a new Toyota Tacoma pick up truck at Gladstone Tacoma-Scion using the Costco Auto Buying Program. I generally do not like buying a I recently bought a new Toyota Tacoma pick up truck at Gladstone Tacoma-Scion using the Costco Auto Buying Program. I generally do not like buying a new auto because it can be a trying experience but this time it was a pleasure. The salesman, Wade Fish was a real gentleman and so were the other people I dealt with there. I pretty much knew what I wanted and although my salesman pointed out what was available in extras there was no pressure to buy more or upgrade my choices. I got information without the heavy sales pitch. I was offered a fair price for my trade in. The Costco program also helped me pay for some extras with a coupon. The dealership went out of it's way to have my new truck ready to pick up the next morning although they had to find and bring in the model I wanted from another dealer. don't try to sell the customer too many things trying to etch Vin number over all the parts of your car and charging you a couple hundred dollars for it when the car is almost impossible to be stol trying to etch Vin number over all the parts of your car and charging you a couple hundred dollars for it when the car is almost impossible to be stolen is not something a customer wants to deal with. it's only about making more money for the dealershiptitle fee $77registration fee $19615 minutes to do a document $115. it's still not a streamlined sales approach by trying to add on all these little items instead of making it really pleasant for the buyer getting here she out of there as soon as possible. no one expects these items to be free of charge. I don't think I was even offered a trade-in value of my car which means we were three or $4000 under what retail price would've been. gerard. More

After not receiving the canopy I bought with the truck, having the drivers seat replaced, and having transmission problems that the dealership couldn't fix, the dealership told me that Toyota is working on a software fix for the terrible transmission problems that the vehicle is having. ETA? No idea. The dealership systematically tried to avoid fixing the vehicle, didn't call me back, and finally claimed that the transmission problems Toyota is trying to fix weren't actually problems. End result: big talk from the dealership about looking out for the customer but no follow through. Beware of this place. More
