Friendly, low-pressure sales team I found a vehicle I was interested in on a 3rd party website. I called Toyota of Gladstone up to make sure it was still available. After Eric assure I found a vehicle I was interested in on a 3rd party website. I called Toyota of Gladstone up to make sure it was still available. After Eric assured me it was, I scheduled a time to visit. I was sent a video as proof the vehicle was still there and that there would be no bait-and-switch happening. When I arrived there was some brief confusion as to who I'd be working with, but I chatted with some friendly staff while that was promplty sorted out. Raeanne was our salesperson - very knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic to the concerns of our family and budget. We had her full attention for almost two hours as we test-drove, asked questions, and discussed options. No one ever tried to sell us anything we didn't want or need. Vic, helped us with financing, being very friendly while taking care of business quickly. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, we were driving away with it about an hour later.
