Great car at sale price My fiance and I are very happy with our new (to us) car after we were forced to get a new one. Someone hit our car when we were out of town and insura My fiance and I are very happy with our new (to us) car after we were forced to get a new one. Someone hit our car when we were out of town and insurance claimed it was a total loss. While we weren't happy to suddenly be without a car- we were able to get a replacement within one day. We were recommended to Toyota - Gladstone by a coworker and we were taken care of. We were matched with a car that fit our needs and the finance team really worked with us to get the payments that we were able to afford. Our car key battery was low but they replaced it. I think the only thing that would have made our experience better was receiving a full tank of gas (as opposed to the standard half-tank for used cars). Overall, our first experience at a dealership was great and Brion was a great salesman. He really listened to our needs and found the perfect car for us. More

They used one sale to grow a dealer-customer relationship that will undoubtedly continue for years and purchases to come. The referrals have already begun, which will give Emileigh and her team the opportunity to cultivate similar relationships and build their local reputation. The shell game had already been played out elsewhere. The fact of the matter is that every customer wants something and not all sales teams really listen. I incidentally got more than I bargained for in the vehicle I purchased; no argument from me. Moreover I got what I wanted most: what I saw as a fair deal for my trade. That enabled me to drive my purchase off the lot the same night without hassle after a total of six visits and up to six hours each spent with dealers elsewhere who couldn’t deliver because they didn’t listen to my needs, they tried to dictate them. Emileigh treated me with more than respect: she treated me as a friend, not some Joe (sorry for the comparison all you Joes out there), and this hasn’t stopped, as she continues to assure that I am wholly satisfied with my new vehicle and my experience.
