I sent bid proposals to all the Toyota dealerships within a 100 mile radius outlining what I was looking for. Mallory was the first to respond and stayed in touch for several months while I checked out everything I could think of with a new car purchase. She is persistent but not obnoxious, professional but not overbearing, and she has a sense of humor! I would have loved buying a new car from her, but we found what we wanted closer to home. I wish Mallory the best! More

I had been really dreading going to a car dealership but Costco's program connected me to Carl. Carl was so patient he kept communicating with me as I was dragging my feet on coming in.. He was honest and genuine and made the process as simple as possible. He kept sending messages and videos of potential vehicles for me. He really asked the right questions and listened to what my needs were in a vehicle. Also, Vincent was amazing he spent so much time helping me figure out the bells and whistles of what the car offers with audio, navigation etc. Big thank you to him! Bryan, the finance Manager was also great; he was straightforward and put my nerves at ease as I was not looking forward to meeting with the" finance guy" he was very approachable and informative.
