A customer had just happened to trade in the perfect Tacoma for me and Brion found it, answered all of my questions, got my monthly payment within $30 of what I'd been wanting and an excellent interest rate lower than what my bank offered me, and even had the truck detailed the same day and personally delivered the truck to my home. Customer service is important and these guys rock! They included a 3000 mile warranty and I purchased an additional 50k mile warranty, I'm on day one so far and excited about my truck and would highly recommend these guys for their attention to detail, alone. Gavin made things pretty easy if I don't mind saying so. I'd been looking for a while and found a great CPO 4Runner online one random Saturday night. Filled out the form and Gavin replied to set up a test drive the next day. When I arrived on Sunday he had it pulled off to the side and we took it for a loop a few exits up 205 and back on surface streets. It was nice to get to know the vehicle under both conditions. Got back to the dealership, talked some numbers, signed some paperwork, met with finance, pulled some things out of the old car, and drove it home. Gavin even spared me the trip of bringing my title back to Gladstone by taking a quick jaunt up 205 to Southeast. So yeah...spare yourself the downtown dealerships and take a ride down to Gladstone.
