He was easy to work with, and I really appreciated his no pressure approach. He was confident he could find the exact 4runner I wanted, and within two days he indeed found one. I have mentioned this to management, that I could have saved almost $700 more dollars at the other dealership, but Erik had gained my confidence and I felt like I could trust the purchase process with him. He continues to be available even well after the sale was finalized, always willing to answer any questions I might have. I think Gladstone is lucky to have him as an employee.
