I didn’t have to haggle or deal with any of the normal car buying stress. I feel like I got a good deal on the car and the warranty Brian sold me is AMAZING! I would give all 5 stars but I wasn’t happy with what I got as for trade on my vehicle and the whole process took a little longer than I would have liked. Granted, I did have an older vehicle and went to the dealership to purchase on Mother’s Day. Overall I would definitely recommend purchasing from Toyota of Gladstone. I love my car, am very happy with my purchase and will be team Toyota from here on out! More

Before heading into Toyota of Gladstone I did my research and found this dealership still had the highest satisfaction ratings in the area. I started my car buying process with Toyota of Gladstone via the internet and began corresponding with Denis. No pressure; Denis was just available to answer my questions. Once at the dealership, Denis continued to guide me through the options based on my family needs; should I go with the feature rich Highlander or the more rugged 4Runner? Denis’ demeanor provided the environment for my wife and daughter take all time they needed to make the proper decision, including test drives without me and Denis (the family was having a bit of fun here). This is my second time driving off the lot with a new car from Toyota of Gladstone.
