I talked to Raeanne at first, which she was very nice and informative, but then was referred to a salesperson that would be available when I planned on going to the dealership. I talked to Wade who I was referred to earlier in the day to get things started and to answer all of my questions. He did a great job. When I arrived, Wade was with a customer. Sou went to see if he was going to be a while and offered to help. I took him up on the offer and now I have a new Tacoma. The whole staff was amazing. Keep up the good work. More

Ripped off Please do not go here, I thought I bought warranty for 2017 RAV4 but instead got ripped off not able to use at any Toyota dealership for oil change, Please do not go here, I thought I bought warranty for 2017 RAV4 but instead got ripped off not able to use at any Toyota dealership for oil change, at time of purchase extended warranty was told with a witness tires was included. The only reason we got the premium package was tires were included So much for 5yrs of maitnenence got ripped off once again. Do not go through TOM ANGEL OR Rich Stiefel these two got me, out with paying for nothing. Went to get my last service today at Kendall Toyota who feel I was ripped off bought useless warranty. I did not even get oil change today at Kendell Toyota just washed my car and put air in tires my warranty is done? What ever Toyota Gladstone sold you does not apply here? Had my vehicle 1yr and 2 months. They said my tires were bad and felt bad sending the vehicle away the tires were in need of immediate attention and were a dangerous road hazard. I get safety recall on this make model year do I get a call nope. Never missed payment and previous 2014 Toyota I bought here never was informed I had platinum warranty paid out pocket for oil change and tires. Once again ripped off. More

I began searching for a 2018 4runner online, and was negotiating with a different dealership when after applying via COSTCO, Erik Kalik reached out to me. He was easy to work with, and I really appreciated his no pressure approach. He was confident he could find the exact 4runner I wanted, and within two days he indeed found one. I have mentioned this to management, that I could have saved almost $700 more dollars at the other dealership, but Erik had gained my confidence and I felt like I could trust the purchase process with him. He continues to be available even well after the sale was finalized, always willing to answer any questions I might have. I think Gladstone is lucky to have him as an employee. Thanks to both Erik, and the rest at Gladstone. I have told many friends and family about the great service I have received.
