We always go back to Gladstone because they really know how to give excellent customer service, everyone is so welcoming there. Highly recommend, other dealers are snobby - but not Gladstone. Had a great experience working with Scott and Seth. They were matter-of-fact, straightforward, and didn't mask anything about the transaction. My 1986 Celica has only known Toyota servicing. Since 1989, Jenny has been the primary service care person. Even tho this is an old car, she always makes me feel like this car's care is just as importan 1989, Jenny has been the primary service care person. Lately, getting Toyota parts have started to become a problem, Jenny took 2-3 days calling around the country trying to locate a specific genuine Toyota part. That really said alot about how much she cares about her job and about my car. Plus, she is always so cheery, friendly, fun to be around. She makes me feel like my car is family. Thus, I will continue to come to Gladstone Toyota Service Center, primarily because of Jenny Rhodes and how much she cares about making sure that my car is taken care of correctly, and in a timely manner. Plus, I let everyone I know that owns a Toyota to be sure and ask for Jenny and the PURPLE team, cuz, "they are the best"! More

We own two Toyota's, a Highlander and a Prius. Jenny has been our service team manager for both of these vehicles. Jenny goes the extra to make sure that we are satified with the service and the workmanshi been our service team manager for both of these vehicles. She remembers not only the vehicle questions discussed at our last auto service, but personal comments from my last service. This is a personal touch that means a lot, and I will always return to this dealership for service because I know the Toyota of Gladstone staff cares. Jenny has taught me that. Thank for such great service, and I would recommend anyone to try Gladstone Toyota's service department. We found the car we wanted, but they couldnt meet our needs payment wise. When we told them we were going to look around, they then said they could make it work! I asked for a few minutes to get something to eat, think about my decision, and come back. Mr. Overton told me that if I left, the deal they could provide me would expire. They asked to review my car to see how much I could get for trade-in value. While they were doing that they asked me permission to review my credit. I signed a form that stated ONLY that they were being given permission to check my credit. After two hours I decided that I wasnt comfortable with purchasing today. So my husband and I left. When we came home we realized they didnt give us the registration back. So my husband went back to get it. While there, Sean Overton told my husband that I had signed up for a credit card, and that I had to come back to sign a form to cancel my credit card. My husband then demanded to see the form. Sean could not provide that form, (because it did not exist). If they treat me this way without signing with them, how horrible it would have been if I had?! I had no idea that trying to find a new car could be so horrible. I will never go back, I will never reccomend this company. I urge everyone to stay away from Gladstone Toyota. More
Although I went through USAA for a price quote, everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They were not pushy, like some other dealerships that we went through before this one. Right off the bat, the dealership was welcoming. Duy Dang, the salesman that was highly referred by my friend that bought a car from him the previous month, sold me my new 2010 black camry.
