Then on the weekend I went to the dealership and talked to Duy. He spent 4 hours with me going over all the options and functions of the vehicle and walked me through the whole buying process. I'm very happy with my decision to purchase my new Highlander with Duy. He's very through and careful with all the details on the car as well as my financing, DMV fees and insurance processes. I'd definately recommend Duy Dang and Gladstone Toyota to my family and friends because they provided excellent customer services and meet all customers' needs. I feel confident with my purchase with Duy Dang at Gladstone Toyota where I only worked with him throughout the whole process, and that's the exact service I'd expected when I wanted to buy a new car. Yesterday, we bought a 2010 Camry-- We made sure that Duy was working before we went in. Again, ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE. Duy delivered again for us. Duy continues to treat us with respect, he listens and answers to our needs. Troy was very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy at all and I really appreciate that. They were willing to negotiate, he answered all my questions, and he even interacted with my kids. This was the easiest new car buying experience ever. I had to conduct the negotiating via email. At the time, I only had a bike to get around and was going out of town a lot for work. Scott was very patient with me and all of my questions. I was also negotiating with several other dealerships in town at the same time. The other dealers either lied to me, got impatient, or kept saying, "I don't have what you've asked for, but what I do have is.....". Scott was very professional and didn't try to talk me into a car I didn't want. We agreed on the price online. When I came to check out the car, Jay handed over the key and let me drive it without a sales person in the car. I didn't even have to ask. I bought the car and brought it home that day. Gladstone Toyota treats the customer with respect. That's the way to gain and keep customers. More
I was fortunate enough to work this entire transaction prior to going to the dealership online through their website. I asked for invoice pricing and Scott was able to offer this pricing. The experience this dealership was extremely painless and the customer service from Scott and Dion was first rate. There wasn't any pressure to purchase something that I didn't think was beneficial to my needs. Transactions over the internet from Scott was personable, fast, efficient, and smooth. He kept in touch with me from the beginning inquiry to the actual purchase. It was nice not having to go into a dealership and get hounded by 4 salesman vying for your business. The only one thing about the experience that wasn't favorable were a couple of small things. There looked like too many salesman hanging around not doing anything. One salesman was clipping his fingernails in direct sight waiting for the phone. This was a little disgusting to have to hear. I haven't had too many car buying experiences, but the time it took from getting there to leaving wasn't exceptional, but wasn't bad at the same time. (About 2.5 hrs) Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I'd definitely work with Scott again in the future! More
