I'm very happy with my decision to purchase my new Highlander with Duy. He's very through and careful with all the details on the car as well as my financing, DMV fees and insurance processes. Troy was very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy at all and I really appreciate that. They were willing to negotiate, he answered all my questions, and he even interacted with my kids. This was the easiest new car buying experience ever. I had to conduct the negotiating via email. At the time, I only had a bike to get around and was going out of town a lot for work. Scott was very patient with me and all of my questions. I was also negotiating with several other dealerships in town at the same time. The other dealers either lied to me, got impatient, or kept saying, "I don't have what you've asked for, but what I do have is.....". Scott was very professional and didn't try to talk me into a car I didn't want. We agreed on the price online. When I came to check out the car, Jay handed over the key and let me drive it without a sales person in the car. I didn't even have to ask. I bought the car and brought it home that day. Gladstone Toyota treats the customer with respect. That's the way to gain and keep customers. More
