After pouring in a ton of money into a car that a previous private-party dealer had been very misleading about, I was not very happy to be shopping ag After pouring in a ton of money into a car that a previous private-party dealer had been very misleading about, I was not very happy to be shopping again, and definitely didn't want to deal with car salesmen. I was originally approached by a saleswoman who I found to be incredibly pushy, even to the point of harassing, and I left the dealer. However I did go back later to look at a 2012 Toyota Prius C and requested a different sales person. Enter Kermit Steward. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the car, plus a few others that were very close to my criteria. He showed me nothing else, even when my husband wanted to play looksee with other "cooler" vehicles. Kermit never veered from my goals, and he never once pressured me to buy it. We went on a lovely drive in the car and he was fun, courteous, and informative. After I decided to buy the car, he really went to bat for us to get us a great deal on the car, even with my worthless trade-in. Car buying can take a while, but I never felt like Kermit was ignoring us or putting us off to do other things. I really appreciated his good humored nature, empathy, and respect for my limitations. I was in such a good mood after the purchase that during financing I was talked into getting the platinum care package for my car - and I am SO glad I did! Much later, I was talking to a friend who, as it turns out, had also bought her car from Kermit. She had much the same experience. My family is good on cars for the foreseeable future, but I will always refer people to Kermit. Not only did I not mind the experience, but I actually found it to be PLEASANT! Highly recommend this dealership and Kermit in particular. More

They showed me the exact car I came in to see... not a handful of others that they were just trying to sell. He and Don Armstrong worked hard to get my payment to right where I needed it to be, which I greatly appreciate. When it came to financing, Tasney McNew was super laid back and made the signing process a breeze. And bonus! She said that she would make a call the next day to see if she could get me a better rate based on some things in my credit report, which she actually followed through with, and in fact, got my rate dropped down even more than what I had originally signed for. I appreciate the fact that she made that extra effort. Not a lot of people would have bothered to take the time to do that. Definitely left feeling like I got a great deal on a great car. Thanks, guys for making my car buying experience much easier than expected! More
