I knew Gladstone Toyota had a slightly used version of the Prius I wanted and called the Internet Sales rep I'd been in contact with that morning to ask if he'd be there later (it was nearing 5 PM). To sum up, Sou was so great I drove home in my new car. Nothing was a problem: the used-up condition of my trade-in, the all-weather mats were thrown in, the financing was arranged (by nice, friendly Brian), even though I had a previously placed a credit freeze for security, and I'm returning with a checkbook to pay cash next day. They even let me put some on a credit card! Everything I asked was facilitated and no BS. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. More

She followed up during the next months and researched different vehicle specifications. Emileigh is dependable and reliable, I knew when I was ready to purchase my next Toyota, Emileigh would be the one I would ask for. I looked around at the other Toyota dealerships and found a car that was actually less expensive, but the process at Toyota of Gladstone was so seamless, I didn't want to go anywhere else. For me buying a vehicle puts a knot in my stomach, but Toyota of Gladstone is completely the opposite. I dealt with Jamie the first time and contacted her again after looking over the inventory online. They eliminate the hassle traditionally associated with car sales. The process is simple, honest and hassle free. If you're like me and get intimidated by high pressure car sales, this place is not that and I highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone when looking for your next vehicle. More
