This dealership made buying a certified used car unnecessarily painful with all the usual tricks. We were in a well-choreographed haggling play down to the last $100.00. The main character, Andrea, was very nice but here colleagues "the negotiators" flat out lied, kept trying to change what was included in the price and kept bringing back high quotes from "the guy behind the desk" character. To be fair our finance person, Jamshid Nejad, was the most civilized character we encountered in the process. Had we just dealt with him, we may have walked away feeling a bit better about this. We love our car but I dread ever having to do business here again. Sorry Gladstone Toyota... That was a WAY below the mark on customer service. I have had more fun haggling in Egyptian souks with a language barrier. More

Yes we are enjoying the new Corolla a lot or should I say Becky is enjoying it a lot as she is driving it all the time. She deserves the new one since she drove the older corolla for 4 years. Becky likes the sun roof and I like the GPS. We talked about getting the GPS for the Tundra; but, parts said it would cost $2K so that idea is out. Peggy just finished setting up the schedule for service for the next year, I picked up the belt extensions and also purchased wheel locks. I know one will get by every now & then & any dealership that will put the customer first & will proceed to have that customer drive out of there dealership happy & bragging that they sale the best lemonade is in my book, a place I will recommend to all my friends and anyone that ask. We all for the most part know anyone whom bought from a dealership will tell ya, they are for the most part rude after the sale. Patrick called us within one hour and he gave us a quote on a car. By the time we were ready to go in, we had seen an ad at another dealer advertising a lower sale price. We again contacted Patrick and he told us to come in and that his manager said he could match the price. When we arrived Patrick met us at the door and showed us a selection of available cars. After giving us a very detailed orientation of the car we took it for a test drive. We then went into the showroom and filled out the offer sheet with the exact price we had discussed on the phone. The offer was accepted with no problem. This was one of our easiest car purchases ever. Patrick made the whole purchase experience very enjoyable. This is our second new car purchase from Gladstone Toyota and we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting great customer service and prices. Make sure you ask for Patrick More

As a long time Toyota owner we were a little concerned since we had always purchased our Toyotas from our local dealer. Our concerns were unfounded. We requested a quote online and within a very short time received a call back from Pat Buono. We had a very pleasant conversation, received a preliminary quote and arranged to meet at the dealership at a date and time that was convenient for us. When we arrived, the specific vehicle we wanted was waiting at the front door of the showroom. Pat greeted us and went over the vehicle features. After returning from the test drive we returned to the showroom where we met Sean Overton (manager) as well as other staff members. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Once our trade-in was evaluated we conducted a no pressure, relaxed negotiation. We received a price quote exactly as was discussed on the phone and also a fair trade-in amount. We accepted the offer. The paperwork process was also a breeze. Very friendly and no pressure. When we left the F&I office our new vehicle had been prepped was sitting on the showroom floor waiting. What a nice touch. Pat then went over many of the feature again in quite some detail. We left the dealership as very happy owners of a beautiful new Sienna! What a wonderful experience this was for us. We would highly recommend this dealer and the Silver Team staff we worked with. Especially Pat Buono our sales person.
