Called service department and was told it was not an uncommon situation and the part was in stock and approx price to repair was $300. got a call and said more was broken and would be $471. to repair. When I picked up, there was no one that could explain why the difference on a seemingly common repair and no old parts to show that were repaired. I have taken my vehicle here for many years which began under different ownership and service before this I had a similar experience and really don't have faith that I am being treated honestly. More

I was skeptical about going to a dealership because of all the horror stories that I've heard from friends about being tricked and spending way too much on a car that they truly didn't even like that much. We went not expecting to buy a car that day, but with Aaron's friendliness and easy-to-talk-to attitude, it became clear that we had someone on our side. I love my new Tacoma and Highly Recommend Ted Rippee I have been a proud owner of 3 new Toyota vehicles bought from Ted Rippee. My previous purchases have been at other dealerships other than Gladstone b I have been a proud owner of 3 new Toyota vehicles bought from Ted Rippee. My previous purchases have been at other dealerships other than Gladstone but not for lack of trying there. Our last couple purchases were with Ted Rippee were when he worked at another dealership. We went back to that same dealership and quickly realized that it was really Ted that made the difference in whether we made a deal or not. When we found out Ted was now at Gladstone Toyota and we were hesitant due to negative experiences we had the last couple times there. Ted remembered us, he was kind, patient and worked hard to try to get us the best deal but we did not make a deal that day. In fact we had to sell what was our trade on our own, then we were undecided on what we wanted, new or used, prerunner or 4X4, He wants black but she wants grey, clearly we were not ready to buy. Ted was patient and navigated every option with us and I never got a sense that he was frustrated by our indecisiveness. He returned every phone call and answered every question. He did not call us multiple times to see if he could try to make the deal work again. Once I found the best deal I gave Ted an opportunity to beat it. He could only match it, however we still gave Ted and Toyota of Gladstone our business. I have a strong sales background so I Hate being sold. The other dealerships made me feel like I was getting sold whether it was a good deal or not. Ted let us buy on our terms and on our timeline. At the end of the day a few hundred dollars doesn't make or break anybody but the fact is people buy from people and Ted is great at building relationships. I love my new Tacoma, I Highly Recommend Ted Rippee, and I would do business again at Toyota of Gladstone. Monique More

WOW. I had such a wonderful experience. Manny took care of me and got me a great deal for my credit problems then a few days later he called and said they I had such a wonderful experience. I was so excited I got the car I wanted and fir the price I wanted. This is going to be the only dealership I will go to and Manny will be the one I talk to. Thank you so much More

He made several relevant suggestions and helped me find the car that was (and still is) just right for me. I never felt pressured or manipulated, which is something I was very nervous about happening in this experience. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

Like it used to be.....in Gladstone It started with a computer inquiry.I got so much feedback I called and I walked Seth thru what I thought I wanted to do and he agreed.We drove to Glad It started with a computer inquiry.I got so much feedback I called and I walked Seth thru what I thought I wanted to do and he agreed.We drove to Gladstone and they looked over the trade and we came together on a value.We talked about the computer info and came together on the new car price.We're driving home a new Toyota Venza tomorrow. People person's treating the customer in responsible manner while working thru a business negotiation with a win/ win attitude and out come. This is the way the car business USED TO BE (don't like now but my age is showing) and its this way in Gladstone. I believe the management/owner need a pat on the back for fostering this attitude with their sales staff. And its really nice after all is said and done to get a sincere "Thank You". In my opinion this dealership will survive and prosper because of their people and their business attitude. More

After a few phone conversations, we decide to head out to the dealership. Not being very fond of the car buying experience, we did not know what to expect. But, Patrick was VERY knowledgable and answered all of our questions. He understood exaclty what we were looking for and did not try to pressure us into something that we did not want or need. He was very friendly, honest, and a very good listener. I can honestly tell you that it was the best car buying experience we have ever had! Not to mention that everyone there was wonderful. We are not usually people who buy a maintenance plan either, but Tasney McNew walked us through everything, and we felt it was something that would benefit us. The guys in the shop at the RED stop were equally welcoming. We felt like everyone there actually cared about us and our buying experience. AND, the car is fabulous!!!! We love it!
