The initial contact with Aaron was through an internet web page that I selected the vehicle with options and then received an email from Aaron. I then talked to Aaron on the phone about what I was interested in and he searched the database for a car that met my criteria. He made me an offer and I counter offered a price that was accepted. I was able to put a down payment on the car with my VISA card and Aaron arranged to have the new 2012 Toyota Highlander transferred to Toyota of Gladstone for me to pick up. The entire transaction took place in the comfort of my home office and I did not have to even come into the showroom until the day I came to pick up the car. We met Aaron at the dealership -- took a test drive just to check out the new car; signed all the papers with Aaron's help and then he took time to explain all the features of the new car so I was comfortable driving it home. This was the easiest new car purchase I've ever done in my life, thanks to Aaron Waxenfelter and the crew at Toyota of Gladstone. More

Superior Customer Service We had not purchased a car in many years and was quite honestly a bit wary of working with a dealer given their general reputation. But now having gone through the process, we are satisfied and it's because we had the opportunity to work with Ted. His knowledge, patience, friendliness, and attention to detail throughout the entire process was absolutely critical to our purchasing of our used 2012 Highlander. With Ted's help, we were able to negotiate a price we were comfortable with, and he was more than willing to answer all of our questions in all aspects of the process. He even spent the time to come home with us to clean out one of our trade-in vehicles to bring back to the dealership. There is no question we would not be driving the Highlander we have today if it were not for the superior customer service we received from Ted. Even after we drove it off the lot, he gave us his number so that if there were any issues that we not hesitate to get in contact with him. Sure enough there were some issues with financing out of his control, but he did his very best to help get the issues resolved and make sure we were satisfied with the results. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Ted, not only from a business transaction perspective but from a personal relationship perspective as well. The only reason I keep coming back is this dealership is very easy to work with. Other dealership's didn't even come close to giving me what I wanted for my trade in. These guys gave me several thousand dollars more on my trade then any other dealership. So I would highly recommend you stop by if your in the market for a new vehcile. The one thing I really like is there is zero pressure to buy everyone is very friendly. Every time I have gone to this dealer I have used Aaron. He is great. I just tell him what I looking for and how much I'm looking to spend and he has always came in on budget within a couple dollar's. More
