Overall a good buying experience I guess I was Sam's first sale. Very nice and pleasant person and enjoyed talking with him. Car Buying Made Easy I am a first time New Car buyer and this has got to be the most easiest transaction ever! My sales guy Thien knew this car was actually for my mom an I am a first time New Car buyer and this has got to be the most easiest transaction ever! My sales guy Thien knew this car was actually for my mom and he made sure she understood the fancy options that came with it. To name a few, he spoke to her in our native language (Vietnamese) and set up her bluetooth to her phone. He even went the extra mile and threw in spill proof floor mats and tied balloons on the car for the reveal. I got a straight option and price quotes. And did not get the whole sleezy good cop/bad cop price exchange. He made car buying pleasant and easy. More

Having been to two other Toyota dealerships in the Portland area, it was quite a pleasant surprise to meet Wade who went above and beyond all expectations. All previous Toyota employees that had helped us were just sub-par to mediocre. It was refreshing to find someone who was genuinely trying to help us. He spared no effort in explaining all details about the car we were purchasing without making us feel pressured or rushed. Wade made sure that all our questions were thoroughly answered while making sure that the transaction was as quick as possible as to not inconvenience us. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, Toyota Gladstone should feel proud to have such an employee on their floor.
