Poor service, missing pieces, broken truck Came for a new Tacoma, ended up with a truck I hate driving. After not receiving the canopy I bought with the truck, having the drivers seat replaced, Came for a new Tacoma, ended up with a truck I hate driving. After not receiving the canopy I bought with the truck, having the drivers seat replaced, and having transmission problems that the dealership couldn't fix, the dealership told me that Toyota is working on a software fix for the terrible transmission problems that the vehicle is having. ETA? No idea. The dealership systematically tried to avoid fixing the vehicle, didn't call me back, and finally claimed that the transmission problems Toyota is trying to fix weren't actually problems. End result: big talk from the dealership about looking out for the customer but no follow through. Beware of this place. More

Best Toyota dealership in the Portland area! These guys are worth the drive. They're the only ones who would work with us when we wanted to compare prices. Insane, right? They actually wanted to These guys are worth the drive. They're the only ones who would work with us when we wanted to compare prices. Insane, right? They actually wanted to sell us a car! They weren't going to force us to sign paperwork just to be told a price. They went above and beyond, giving us multiple financing options and grabbing us our desired color from somewhere else in the area overnight. AND they gave us the best price...we knew it because when we got calls from other dealerships trying to convince us to come back, they were surprised how low they had gone and said if we could really get it, we should go for it! I would come here again and again. I'll even drive down here for service because I trust them. And I really don't trust any of the other dealerships around Portland! Really, car salesmen you can trust? Unheard of. Wade was awesome, he drove the new car all the way to my house because I had to drive my old car home after the sale, despite the fact that his shift was over. He sat in my driveway and showed me every button in the car, helped me personalize the settings and pair my phone. I'll recommend him to anyone! More
