Seth Dustin quickly contacted me after my initial internet request for a 2015 Highlander with a specific color and trim package. Seth worked diligently to find our specific vehicle and still honored the price I requested. Tom Angel made follow up contacts with us and was prompt to our scheduled appointment. With a busy family schedule, our car buying process needed to be short and sweet. When we arrived at the dealership our vehicle was parked out front, detailed and ready to tour. Tom did an excellent job giving us a tour of the vehicle. I was extremely impressed how knowledgeable Tom was with every feature of the vehicle. Kermit is super friendly, he will stay in contact with you if he doesn't have the vehicle that you're looking for when you're ready to go to the dealership to shop, and once you find yourself at the dealership, he is great to work with in terms of getting you what you want in the vehicle you want. Daniel helped in this area as well as he was able to get us the #'s we wanted. Daniel is also super friendly and will totally work hard to get you the #'s you want. Brian in Finance made that process easy and fast. Kermit also stays in contact with you after you've purchased your vehicle to check on you and your new/used vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership I've purchased two cars at Toyota of Gladstone so far. Prior to my purchases here, I owned Subarus. When I test drove the Highlander, I fell in love I've purchased two cars at Toyota of Gladstone so far. Prior to my purchases here, I owned Subarus. When I test drove the Highlander, I fell in love (loved my old Camry years ago too!) so it was easy to make the switch! Just this summer, 6 years after my first purchase, I traded in my '02 for an '07 Highlander Hybrid! Love! Better gas mileage and less money and time at the pump makes me a super happy! And it lacks nothing that my '02 had with more power to boot! Honestly, car shopping is not normally my favorite thing to do- imagine that! I find it so much work and sort of stressful too! But not so much at this dealership. It still takes time but I find that the kind men and women here take the stress out of it all! I've never felt pressured nor led astray in any way! My husband used to change my oil and work on my car but since he doesn't really enjoy that stuff (more necessity) I just take it in to Jenny and her team and they take great care of me. I always feel like my concerns are heard and addressed and that I get quality parts and reliable service. Toyota of Gladstone really is that great. Totally worth checking out if you're in the market for a new or 'new to you' vehicle or if you gotta get some service done and wanna know it's gonna be done right! PS They had a great waiting area and coffee shop within but are currently undergoing a significant remodel so waiting area is a tad different for now... but I trust that when the work is complete that the experience will be better than ever before. To my surprise, the price negotiation was very painless. No need to go back and forth many times. They also told my trade-in at reasonable price. The salesman was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. My wife and I had a hard time deciding between Shoreline Blue and Predawn Gray color on the Highlander. We asked the salesman to drive the cars with the 2 colors under the shade and under the sun for comparison, back and forth. He was more than happy to do that. I would recommend this dealership. Give them a chance. More

sorry, our word is no good. I purchased a used van at the beginning of November. The salesman promised to get us the full set of mounted snow tires from the guy who traded it in. I purchased a used van at the beginning of November. The salesman promised to get us the full set of mounted snow tires from the guy who traded it in. We purchased on Friday and were supposed to come pick up the tires on Monday. After calling monday, my wife received a return call from the salesman who said "sorry, the tires were sold on craigslist." I called the sales manager directly and asked what he was going to do for me. He said, "if they promised you tires, they are going to have to deliver." I was supposed to get a call back from an assistant sales manager named John Hill, who was involved in the sale. After calling back several Times and getting nowhere, I filed a complaint with the BBB. On close to the last day they were able to respond, sales manager Rich called to offer me a certificate for a full detail instead of tires. He said he would mail it out around the beginning of December when I talked to him. The certificate was good for two years and I could bring it in on the last day. Later that same day, I received an email from the BBB saying the dealership claimed to have resolved the issue and lack of response would settle the complaint. On the good faith that my certificate was in the mail, I did not respond. New years eve I called back wondering where my detail certificate was. John hill called me back and tried to say no tires were promised after I explained the entire story. John Hill called back again to tell me that sales manager Rich never said he'd send me a certificate. I told him that his boss was a liar, and that if he chose to do business that way, I'd not be able to recommend them to anyone. John Hill calls a third time to tell me, " I had a tiff with Rich and you have your detail, because I have lots of money." he said come on in and get it done, I said it didn't need it yet. I didn't even want a detail, I wanted the tires that I was promised originally. More
