Overall a great experience. Angel Grose was such a pleasant and knowledgeable person. She was also very patient with me and I never once felt pressured in any way, even when I wanted to take a day before making my final decision. I was almost sad when it was all over since she was such a cool person to hang out with. The only dark spot in the whole experience was Tom in the Finance Dept. He was way too pushy and I felt my blood pressure rising as I had to tell him over and over again that I wasn't interested in an extended Warranty or any other "add on". He made me feel stupid and disrespected, which made me really upset. I was so happy when I was finally done with him. If I purchase another car from Gladstone Toyota, I refuse to ever work with Tom again. More

No high pressure! I visited Toyota of Gladstone to purchase a Highlander. I knew what I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay. Glenn Howard, my salesman, is very profess I visited Toyota of Gladstone to purchase a Highlander. I knew what I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay. Glenn Howard, my salesman, is very professional. He demonstrated the features on the vehicle, checked out the trade in and did all the necessary prep work. His manager (Scott?) presented the deal, which was way over what I was prepared to pay. Rather than get into an argument, We had a good discussion and I felt no pressure to cave in to their offer. Eventually I got just what I wanted. This is a busy dealership. I would recommend them because they have a good selection of vehicles, and because the whole team, from Seth, the big boss, Scott, Glenn, Victor the finance man, all the way to the service rep who scheduled the post sale installation of an option were very professional and non threatening. They were a team, and all were pulling on the same rope. I did not get the greasy high pressure feeling that I have gotten at so many dealers, rather I felt like I was dealing with a team that had a unified goal. My advice is do your homework, because they are not going to offer a smoking hot deal if you are unprepared, and then feel comfortable dealing with the. They negotiate without a lot of high pressure tactics, which nobody likes. Keep up the good work, and thanks, Glenn for helping so much. I love my new car! More

We have purchased many cars in our 42 years of marriage, including quite a few Toyota’s, but our experience with Khzam at Toyota of Gladstone was by f We have purchased many cars in our 42 years of marriage, including quite a few Toyota’s, but our experience with Khzam at Toyota of Gladstone was by far the very best! The facility is very clean and modern, the staff was exceptional and always accommodating. Khzam worked hard at pleasing us by looking for and finding the exact color and options we wanted in our RAV4. There was no pressure to commit and when we decided this was the car for us, Khzam made sure that we were thoroughly satisfied. He later reviewed all the car details with us, even setting up our iPhones to connect with Bluetooth to the car radio. In the past, buying a new vehicle was always a dreaded ordeal for us to where we walked away feeling taken advantage of and beaten up……but, that was definitely not the case with Khzam at Toyota of Gladstone. He knew his stuff and Customer Service is obviously a very high priority at this dealership from sales to managers to the finance person……….we are so satisfied that we know we will return early next year to purchase a second new vehicle. More

General Manager David Elder should be proud (but not surprised) with the team he has put together.
