They showed me the exact car I came in to see... not a handful of others that they were just trying to sell. He and Don Armstrong worked hard to get my payment to right where I needed it to be, which I greatly appreciate. When it came to financing, Tasney McNew was super laid back and made the signing process a breeze. And bonus! She said that she would make a call the next day to see if she could get me a better rate based on some things in my credit report, which she actually followed through with, and in fact, got my rate dropped down even more than what I had originally signed for. I appreciate the fact that she made that extra effort. Not a lot of people would have bothered to take the time to do that. Definitely left feeling like I got a great deal on a great car.
