Repeat customer that will NEVER go back! I'm a repeat customer of Gladstone Toyota. Took my 2015 4Runner in for service on 5/7/16. Asked for a quote on trade in value while there. I expl I'm a repeat customer of Gladstone Toyota. Took my 2015 4Runner in for service on 5/7/16. Asked for a quote on trade in value while there. I explained what I expected right off the bat. Was told "no problem, were right there". Was completely jerked around for over an hour. Finally got them to show me the offer. It was a total joke. I was insulted! It was literally over $10,000 less than what I explained I expected and they said "no problem". They wasted my entire afternoon. Went straight to another dealership and within 15 minutes had an agreement in place to put my rig on consignment for $14,500 MORE THAN GLADSTONE TOYOTA OFFERED! This agreement was made without my buying anything from them! Do yourself a favor and find a different dealership, there are plenty to choose from! Gladstone Toyota is full of nothing but the stereo typical greasy, slime ball, dirt bag, salesman. BEWARE!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! More

They Got me my Dream Truck in the same day! Stephanie was super helpful, laid back, she made the buying process a dream.
