My wife, daughter, and I arrived and met with Ted. We got a tour of the RAV4 and took it for a test ride. Ted remembered the points I mentioned to him on the phone that were important to my daughter. After the test ride, we sat at the table, Ted brought us coffees, and we negotiated a fair deal after a bit of back and forth. I am a very diligent consumer, and also persnickety. Ted was very gracious and not pushy at all. His low-key demeanor was comforting. Then we worked with Tom Angel to work through the loan and DMV paperwork. Total time was under four hours. Overall a great experience. In past 18 months I have purchased five new vehicles/motorcycles for our family; Toyota of Gladstone was among the best we have dealt with (tied with Paradise Harley Davidson in Tigard). More

Honest and willing to do what it takes! We drove up from Salem after having had not so great experiences with dealerships down here. I inquired online about a certified used Corolla, and w We drove up from Salem after having had not so great experiences with dealerships down here. I inquired online about a certified used Corolla, and within minutes had a call and email from Josh, and we were on our way up there. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly faces, and the car I was interested in was ready to go. Josh even accommodated my request to test drive somewhere away from a busy street. When I told them that that car was nice, but it was lacking certain options, they found a brand new Corolla on their lot that met my needs & wants. Despite my concerns about being able to afford new, they actually managed to beat my credit union's interest rate, and really worked with me on my trade in to ensure the loan was on par with what my budget. I was dubious going into this (aren't we all?) but the team at Gladstone was patient, and understanding in what I needed in order to purchase from them. Even their finance lady was personable and efficient! More

Kermit assisted me throughout the experience and when I picked up the car he spent time explaining how the technology worked and paired my phone! I was introduced to the service team that would be working with me. Pleasant, courteous employees... and that goes for the rest of the staff at the dealership. High-pressure agressive sales techniques. Go to Beaverton! We came looking at a used Toyota Camry they had listed on their website. The sales person was friendly and did a nice job explaining the details of t We came looking at a used Toyota Camry they had listed on their website. The sales person was friendly and did a nice job explaining the details of the car as well as tell us about their great service department. We wanted to look at one or two other options before making a final decision, but, as per usual high-pressure car sales tactics, the sales manager came over and was very aggressively pushing us to stay and buy right then and making us feel stupid for wanting to look at anything else. Needless to say we left and didn't return. This is the same kind of high-pressure tactics that so many car dealerships in the area use and makes car buying such a pain! Luckily we discovered that Beaverton Toyota does NOT use these tactics. They have one person who stays with you from beginning to end and they get paid the same no matter which car you choose so they take the time to help you find the car that's the best match for your needs without any pressure. Save yourself a big headache - take the few extra minutes to drive to Beaverton Toyota. You won't be dissappointed. More
