He absolutely knew his product!! He shared detail after detail, helped us choose our Pruis V, and began the negotiations. John, one of the managers, came over. It was pretty painless. John was a true professional. We enjoyed both Nate and John and would easily recommend them and Gladstone Toyota... As we shared our experience with friends we came to learn one of them had also purchased their Pruis from Gladstone and Nate. Thank you for making our experience actually enjoyable. Wow...the sales staff knows the cars. We went shopping for our fifth Prius in the early Spring. Four of the Prius are in excellent condition including one with 170,000 miles. One Prius was totaled but with all the Prius safety features, I was well protected and lived through a really nasty accident. We initially shopped at the dealer we had used four times before but they didn't seem to know the much about the 2015 Prius nor were they very interested in dealing for the car. I also disliked the song and dance of the credit guy who always tired to add on a lot of extras we didn't want. I was so happy to meet Jonathan Hale at Toyota of Gladstone. He not only knew the answer to all the questions I had but really worked hard to get our business. Everybody I met at Toyota of Gladstone was pleasant to deal with. When the car was ready, Jonathan brought it out to our home in Aloha which is a hour away from the dealership. With all the cars I have purchased in my lifetime, nobody ever brought a car to my home.
