I went to Gladstone Toyota on Sunday to look at a 2011 Toyota Highlander SE. They didnt have the equipped Highlander that I wanted to purchase on Sunday but I was able to drive the limited and found I li Toyota Highlander SE. They didnt have the equipped Highlander that I wanted to purchase on Sunday but I was able to drive the limited and found I liked the way it handeled but I didnt care for the wood grain. I spoke to Rodell and told him what I was looking for in the Highlander SE White with black leather on Sunday evening after our test drive. He called me to say he had found one and would be willing to get it to his dealership for me to see. I told him that would be great and within 24 hours he had the Highlander on his lot. I came back on Tuesday evening to test drive the Highlander SE that I was interested in knowing the price I wanted to pay for it as well as what I wanted for my trade in and I knew what financing I wanted for my new purchase. I felt a connection with Rodell from the moment I met him at the dealership feeling like he cared about me as a person and wanted to find me the Highlander that would work best for our family. I learned it was his first day on the sales floor at Gladstone Toyota and I must say with his professionalism I knew I wouldnt be buying a Highlander from any other salesman in the Northwest. Rodell had support from Joe Cruz who was also a 10+ salesman which in the past my salesman for new car purchases usually rate a 4 as I dont like dealing with salesman when purchasing new vehicles but you dont really have a option when you are buying it from a dealership. Joe was great supporting Rodell with his first new car sale. I was prepared on what I wanted to pay for the Highlander as well as what I would take for my trade in and the accessories I wanted to have wrapped up in the new car purchase. I must say I am a Happy Owner of a 2011 Toyota Highlander SE from Gladstone Toyota Thank You to Rodell Razor and Joe Cruz. My kids were excited to cut Rodell's tie for his first new car sale as well as riding in our new Highlander off the show room floor. Great Experience and you have a very satisfied customer who will recommend Rodell and Joe to others in the community when making a Toyota purchase... If it wasnt for these two salesman I probably wouldnt be driving a Highlander today from Gladstone Toyota... Thank You More
Seth Dustin was a real Gentleman who treated me, a Senior Citizen, with respect and consideration. Some women would not think of entering a car dealership without a man. I moved back to the area (Silverton) 2 years ago, and I have come to Gladstonne Toyota for regular oil changes and some additional repair/maintenance. Tyson Nottingham and Josh Terhaar, Blue and Red Servi have come to Gladstonne Toyota for regular oil changes and some additional repair/maintenance. Tyson Nottingham and Josh Terhaar, Blue and Red Service Team Leads, have been AMAZING in their customer service, friendliness, and charging reasonably for diagnosis and repairs done. I appreciate all they have done and could not imagine taking my Camry to anyone else. Their approach and service makes driving the distance for that treatment TOTALLY worth it. THANKS GUYS, YOU'RE THE BEST ! ! More

Beware of the sales people and financial assistants. I went into the dealership wanting to buy a vehicle and I discovered later on that they tricked me into leasing a vehicle. The dealership informed me that it was my own ignorance to blame and there was nothing they could do. I believe this dealership deceived me and took advantage of me. I will never again bring my business to this dealership or buy a Toyota. More
After two months of looking at other dealers and private party sales, I stopped in Gladstone Toyota to test drive a 2010 Toyota Tundra that was offered used with the Toyota Certified Warranty. I met Rob B. party sales, I stopped in Gladstone Toyota to test drive a 2010 Toyota Tundra that was offered used with the Toyota Certified Warranty. I met Rob B. that afternoon and we test drove the truck. He was the most knowledgeable Tundra salesperson I'd met so far, and told me he had attended the "Model Release" event in Texas when the new body style was released in 2007. He had also owned a Tundra so with his knowledge and my research we pretty much were on the same page. I already knew I wanted to buy a Tundra from my research. After the test drive we worked a few scenarios regarding price, things went well, but I was not sure this truck was the one for me. I went home and thought about it and visited 2 other Toyota dealerships for pricing etc. I then thought I would go with NEW truck - the first new vehicle I have ever purchased. I found 2 identical tundras on Gladstone Toyota's website and decided to go check them out. I headed back to Gladstone Toyota. The Floor Manager Joe C. remembered me and basically said, pick any truck on the lot, and its a deal. The numbers he showed me were much better than any other dealer and were in line with the "internet only" pricing that I had seen on some 'out of area dealers' During this visit I noticed that they had a TRD Rock Warrior edition truck on their lot, so I got pricing for this truck from Joe and Rob at that time too. I like to think about things so I headed home and ran some numbers. Friday I woke up and decided that I was going to buy the Rock Warrior Tundra. I showed up with a cashiers check and a pre-approved loan for the balance and went to test drive the Rock Warrior Tundra. Four miles later were were back at the showroom. Yes I sort of fell in love after the test drive. When we were working out the deal, everything went smooth. The pricing was printed out for me for me to review, not scribbled on a sheet of paper like other dealers. There were no surprises. The truck headed to the detail shop to get wiped down and it was then moved into the showroom. We headed back to Finance Dept next and went over the warranty and paperwork, and I presented my check and financing. Back at the showroom we went over the features and Rob programed my truck to my phone. I took some pictures and then drove home. Great experience. More

In my opinion, my wife and I were first lied to by Finance manager Connie. In my opinion, Connie manipulated us into signing a contract by lying. After finding out that Gladstone prices were much higher than Wilsonville Toyota, I went back to Gladstone Toyota and told them that I did not want to go through with the sale. I never drove the Rav4 off the lot nor was the Rav4 even put into my name yet. When I went back, I spoke to a manager about stopping the sale. Manager Jo, told me that the car was already in my name and it was mine and I could do nothing about it. He then went on to explain that I could sale the car back to him for a lower price. I told him that I would be back with my lawyer. I also had given a check when I first signed the papers for $5,000 down, which had already been deposited. So I came back to Gladstone Toyota on 6/30/2011 to talk to another manager. His name was Rich. I brought my adviser with me to talk to Rich. Rich's first line was, this car is yours and your name is on the contract. I asked if he could show good customer service and get me out of my contract and give me back my $5000 dollar down payment. Rich's response was, there is no stopping the contract now, it's gone too far, your name is already on the DMV papers. I explained to Rich that I had done some research of my own and called DMV. Not only was my name NOT on the DMV papers but I also put a stop on the paperwork going through. (I should add that Rich's only excuse for not breaking the contract was, since the car was in my name, it lost its value like I drove it off the lot.) After a long exhausting hour and a half of fighting to get back my down payment, I asked Rich what it would take to make him happy and get me out of my contract. He told me that he felt sorry for the employees not making the commission on the car along with a sunroof that was installed. He would break the contract if they could keep $2500 of my down payment. He made me so angry at his comment; I got up to leave and told him we would be back with the media on this one. As I was leaving, I told him maybe if he was reasonable and said a $1000 I might think about it. Rich stopped me and said I can see if I can do that. After another five minutes, he came back and said it was a deal. The moral of the story is, I got nothing from Gladstone Toyota and lost a $1000 dollars of me and my wife’s hard earned money. I should also add, it takes me four months to save a $1000 dollars but in my opinion I guess Gladstone Toyota must need it more than I do. IN MY OPINION, DO NOT SHOP AT GLADSTONE TOYOTA!!! More
