Just wanted the world to know what a great experience my wife and I had working with Carl Schnaufer at Gladstone Toyota. We are incredibly busy people with very busy scheduals and Carl was very respectful of our time and helped us to get an amazing deal almost entirely through email and phone communication. After several close deals, snafus, and double talk with other dealers Carl came to our rescue. We had an incredibly hard time finding the exact color and features of car we wanted at an affordable price. We were just about to give up and buy a color we were not entirely thrilled with to get the right deal when Carl suggested we order exactly what we want and agreed to do it for the original agreed upon price of a car we were already negotiating on. That enabled us to get our perfect car at a perfect price. Sooo glad we decided to call Carl. He ordered our car that day and had it to us in less than a month. He kept us up to date on everything from the birthday of our car to when it was on a cruise to the states to when it was on a truck to the dealer. So worth the wait. We are thrilled with our experience with Carl at Gladstone and would recommend him to any of our friends. My wife named her new car Carla in his honor. Lol. Thanks Carl! More

Great service We couldn't find the truck we wanted in California. We went to a local Toyota dealer and told him what we were looking for and he jokingly said we'd We couldn't find the truck we wanted in California. We went to a local Toyota dealer and told him what we were looking for and he jokingly said we'd have to go out of state for it, so we did. I searched on line for Toyota dealers in Oregon and Toyota of Gladstone popped up first. I started chatting with Angel through the website and told her exactly what we were looking for. She found it within minutes! The deal was made, we flew to Oregon and drove home in our new truck. The entire process was made easy by everyone at the dealership. Thank you Angel!
