I purchased a Lemon here in July 2011 after several problems & attempts to fix. they replaced the truck with a comparable truck that fits all my needs & is safe & reliable. I know one will get by every now & then & any dealership that will put the customer first & will proceed to have that customer drive out of there dealership happy & bragging that they sale the best lemonade is in my book, a place I will recommend to all my friends and anyone that ask. We all for the most part know anyone whom bought from a dealership will tell ya, they are for the most part rude after the sale. Not This dealership they provide CUSTOMER SERVICE & that people is hard to find. if nothing else check them out before you buy...Daniel Tara was my original sales man & I recommend you look him up. Patrick called us within one hour and he gave us a quote on a car. By the time we were ready to go in, we had seen an ad at another dealer advertising a lower sale price. We again contacted Patrick and he told us to come in and that his manager said he could match the price. When we arrived Patrick met us at the door and showed us a selection of available cars. After giving us a very detailed orientation of the car we took it for a test drive. We then went into the showroom and filled out the offer sheet with the exact price we had discussed on the phone. The offer was accepted with no problem. This was one of our easiest car purchases ever. Patrick made the whole purchase experience very enjoyable. This is our second new car purchase from Gladstone Toyota and we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting great customer service and prices. Make sure you ask for Patrick More

As a long time Toyota owner we were a little concerned since we had always purchased our Toyotas from our local dealer. Our concerns were unfounded. We requested a quote online and within a very short time received a call back from Pat Buono. We had a very pleasant conversation, received a preliminary quote and arranged to meet at the dealership at a date and time that was convenient for us. When we arrived, the specific vehicle we wanted was waiting at the front door of the showroom. Pat greeted us and went over the vehicle features. After returning from the test drive we returned to the showroom where we met Sean Overton (manager) as well as other staff members. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Once our trade-in was evaluated we conducted a no pressure, relaxed negotiation. We received a price quote exactly as was discussed on the phone and also a fair trade-in amount. We accepted the offer. The paperwork process was also a breeze. Very friendly and no pressure. When we left the F&I office our new vehicle had been prepped was sitting on the showroom floor waiting. What a nice touch. Pat then went over many of the feature again in quite some detail. We left the dealership as very happy owners of a beautiful new Sienna! What a wonderful experience this was for us. We would highly recommend this dealer and the Silver Team staff we worked with. Especially Pat Buono our sales person. We now look forward to working with the service department for all of our future service needs. More

He worked very transparent and detailed to let me know exactly the numbers on the Highlander. Also he worked very hard to get me a good trade in value for my old car. So i went down there. Sean was honest and very friendly to handle our case postively. He got me a good deal with excellent after sale service promise. It truely is an excellent expirience to buy a car from you Sean. Really enjoyed my experience with Ryan, and ended up getting an excellent price and most importantly, a salesperson with utmost integrity. When the scumbags at Royal Moore wouldn't release a car for tra getting an excellent price and most importantly, a salesperson with utmost integrity. When the scumbags at Royal Moore wouldn't release a car for trade with whom I'd agreed on a sale with Ryan, he even told me I could just buy the car from the Royal Moore vermin. I appreciate the sport of negotiating. But more importantly, I need to be doing so with someone of great integrity. That was Ryan; he went out of his way to get me a car that I wanted (again, made necessary by unethical folks at Royal Moore), and did not try to play games. At Gladstone, they try to sell you things and try to get the best deal they can for themselves, but were very un-pushy. If I said I wasn't really interested, they gave me my space. I've got a great car, and I really appreciated my experience at Gladstone. Even though it's 10 minutes out of my way, I'm considering doing my service there now. More
Before going to the dealership, my husband did a lot of research on the ratings and reliability of many different makes/models of vehicles. We are replacing our old Ford F150 4x4 and are very active in out research on the ratings and reliability of many different makes/models of vehicles. We are replacing our old Ford F150 4x4 and are very active in outdoor type activities, so needed something durable and reliable. The two vehicles we felt would best fit our needs would either be the Tacoma or Highlander. Jeremy was the first to greet us after we started scouting out the cars on the dealership lot on our own. When he was called away to take an important phone call, he promptly introduced us to Ron. Ron was awesome and took his time answering our questions and showing us the features on the vehicles. We returned to the dealership a couple days later and test drove both the Tacoma and Highlander with Jeremy. Jeremy was very patient and thorough in answering all our questions. We decided the Highlander would best fit our needs. Because we wanted specific options added (or not added) to the vehicle, Jeremy located the perfect vehicle for us at another dealership. Of course we had to haggle over the cost, so Sean, an assistant sales manager, joined the equation. Sean was accommodating and very polite. After some deliberation and discussion a price was reached that everyone was happy with. We secured our vehicle and picked it up a couple days later. Overall we had an excellent experience dealing with Gladstone Toyota and would recommend it to our friends and family. More

Just recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Corolla From Jay Tuffli. It was the best car experience I have ever had.
